Bien, mais beaucoup trop cher pour cette prestation

Globalement trĂšs bon sĂ©jour, mais vu le prix de la location nous nous attendions a beaucoup mieux. Les plus : . AccĂšs Ă  la plage Ă  pied en 10 Ă  15 minutes (attention ça monte au retour !) . La vue . Le calme . L'accueil de Marion, gentille et efficace et serviable . Climatisation trĂšs efficace Les moins : . Draps en plus (20€ par lit) : pas indiquĂ© dans l'annonce, on nous l'a communiquĂ© une semaine avant notre arrivĂ©e. Et Ă  ce niveau de prix (1800€ la semaine tout de mĂȘme), ça fait clairement mesquin. D'autant plus que ça fait bien longtemps que personne ne demande plus de supplĂ©ment pour les draps (pour des sĂ©jours pourtant bien moins cher). Idem pour les serviettes. . bĂątiment globalement en mauvais Ă©tat et mal entretenu (fenĂȘtres et portes fermant mal (confort assurĂ© grĂące Ă  la clim, mais la consommation...), joints de cuisine et salle de bain trĂšs sales et endommagĂ©s, etc... . Piscine : elle est bien prĂ©sente, mais appartient au restaurant d'Ă  cotĂ© et est donc payante (l'annonce fait penser qu'elle est accessible gratuitement) . IsolĂ© de tout : Ă  part l'accĂšs Ă  la plage qui se fait Ă  pied, la voiture est nĂ©cessaire en permanence . Pas de place de parking attribuĂ©e au logement : attention en cas d'affluence (barriĂšre d'entrĂ©e du lotissement cassĂ©e...) . Un peu rugueux sur l'horaire de dĂ©part : annoncĂ© Ă  11H00 dans l'annonce, on nous a demandĂ© de partir Ă  10H00. On s'est finalement arrangĂ© sur 10H30... Comme prĂ©cisĂ© au dĂ©but, nous avons malgrĂ© tout passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour, mais un niveau de prix Ă©levĂ© implique des prestations Ă©levĂ©es, ce qui n'est pas le cas ici. La vue et la proximitĂ© de la plage ne font pas tout.

Very well equipped villa with great views, walking distance to beach

We spent a great 5 nights at the property, which is very well located overlooking the Santa Giulia bay. The beach is around 10 mins walk (bit of a hill on the way back). The property is very well equipped, it was easy to cook (and BBQ). It has 2 outdoor areas, that are very private. Wifi works rather well, but it is 4G so drops occasionally. If we ever are back in the area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at the same property.
