The rural house La Encina is built in November 2008, has air conditioning and heating, hot water by solar panels.
The house has three bedrooms, one of marriage with bathroom with hydromassage, the second also of marriage and another of two single beds and another room of collective toilet.
It has a living room with fireplace, sofa bed, a TV with satellite dish and DVD, dining room, kitchen with utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker. It has a terrace with complete furniture and a barbecue in it.
Outside there is a pool (illuminated) of 4 x 7 meters, with a hot and cold shower.
The house has enough sheets, towels and blankets.
