Seafarer, central Sidmouth, with free parking
Seafarer is in the heart of Sidmouth, in a quiet location. It is a newly renovated, modern, cosy, 2 bedroom house, situated 3 minutes walk to the seafront. Close to fabulous shops, pubs, restaurants, swimming pool, the Byes nature reserve and cinema.
The house has WiFi and Netflix enabled smart TV. There are 2 large bedrooms; 1 king and 1 double bedroom, there is also a single camping bed. A travel cot is also available.
The kitchen is large and well stocked. Tea, coffee, sugar are provided. Utility space with washing machine and large fridge freezer.
There is a stair gate and window locks for both bedrooms. The top floor king bedroom is a gallery style, open room (see photos). The house has a small private courtyard with seating, with access for bikes and some is undercover. There is also a private parking bay for one car at the rear of the property with the possibility of a further space in front of the garage but this cant be guaranteed. There is also on street parking outside the front of the property and ample longstay pay and displayparking in Sidmouth.
We are experienced Superhosts and enjoy renting our sister 1 bed annex on the other side of Sidmouth which could be available to book for larger groups.
