Lobster's Loft - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

A well appointed second floor apartment in a great position on the Quay in the picturesque fishing village of Appledore.  Both the main living area and one of the bedrooms has the most wonderful views out over the estuary towards the popular beach resort and watersports centre of Instow(a small walk on ferry is available in season for crossing the estuary). There is always something to view on the estuary as the tide ebs and flows including a variety of sailing boats, kite surfing and canoeing. With great facilities including two bedrooms with ensuite facilities and flexible sleeping this is an ideal property for both couples and small families.  Appledore offers a wonderful choice of individual shops, cafes,restaurants and pubs and this apartment is situated above a delightful cafe and delicatessen.  The huge surfing sands of Westward Ho!, Elizabethan Port Town of Bideford and the spectacular coastline of North Devon and Cornwall are all within a 30 minute comfortable drive.
. Size: Sleeps 4 - 2 bedrooms. 
. Rooms:  Second floor: Living room. Kitchen/diner. Bedroom with King size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, WC and basin. Twin zip and link beds that can be converted to a Super King bed on request with TV, DVD Player and ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower, WC and basin. Separate cloakroom with WC and basin.
. Kitchen and utilities: With gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast bar for dining.  Utility area with washing machine.
. Parking: Parking will be by Ring Go through the car park system.
. For families: No cot or highchair. Visitors may bring their own travel cot
. General: Gas central heating linen and towels provided, Wifi provided.
. Pets: 1 pet accepted
. Smoking: No smoking allowed
