In high season a small ferry boat runs across the estuary to the neighbouring village of Instow, home to a yacht club and a pleasant sandy beach. For those who want to get out and explore more of the area, there is plenty to see and do within a 15-minute drive of the property, including the harbour town of Appledore, the beach at Westward Ho!, and The Big Sheep family fun park. All-in-all this area makes for a wonderful holiday destination, whether you want a relaxing or fun-filled time. External stairs from the parking area at the front of the property, lead to the front door which opens into the lounge/diner. There are two bedrooms, both of which benefit from their own TV/DVD. The master is a double room with dressing area / walk in wardrobe and also an en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom is a twin room. The main bathroom offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside, there is a split-level terraced garden for guests to enjoy, which has garden furniture, making it a great spot for enjoying alfresco drinks. There is private off-road parking for one car at the front of the property.
