We had a lovely time at this property. A very comfortable house with everything we needed. A lovely quiet neighbourhood and just a short walk away from the beach. Also a nice garden to enjoy. A great holiday home.
Our second stay at this house which is in a great location, only minutes from the sea and shops. The property is very clean and has everything that is needed.
Located a few minutes walk from Westward Ho!'s beach and shops, this holiday home is a great place to stay. Would recommend and I hope to come back some time again.
The house is very convenient for walking to the beach but in a quiet, residential area. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Faultless, ideal location lovely house tucked away in a quiet road. 3rd time to Westward Ho! Previously stayed on caravan parks this was more affordable and much better than a caravan had everything needed Check-in was easy Would recommend any family wanting a break to stay here it’s very spacious and has everything you need

Nice, well equipped property. Short walk to the beach. Christine the house keeper was very friendly.
It would have been good if the listing had said that you need to supply your own towels. And also would have been good to know that there is a pond (high sided wall) as we were staying with children.

Although the listing does not say we do not supply towels nor does it state that we do,
It does clearly state in the final confirmation sent out “Please remember we supply all Bed linen, please bring your own hand and bath towels “

House is in a very good location within easy reach of beach and local shops. Spacious and well equipt with lovely garden. Garden chairs would benefit from updating. Transport links to other areas very good. Service in local restaurants, Pier House, Country Cousins and Fish and Chip kiosk were all excellent. Recommend brunch at Royal North Devon Golf club.
Property situated on quiet housing estate within 5-10min walk to beach. House just the right size for our group with 3 double bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, lovely south facing garden & good size lounge. Negatives are that all the floorboards upstairs are very noisy, as are the 2 showers, to the extent that they couldn't be used if people were sleeping. We also found a pair of secateurs on the wall outside which was a massive concern as our 5 year old granddaughter was with us!
The keyholders live just across the road & were very helpful & accommodating.
Great location, nice big house - 3 bathrooms with an on suite master bath is a nice find.

Gutes Haus, gute Lage, aber Kommunikation des Vermieters mit uns gar nicht freundlich
Gute und ruhige Lage eines großen Hauses, allerdings Wohnzimmer nicht für 6 Personen ausgelegt. Geschirr und Küchenutensilien reichlich vorhanden. Allerdings waren die angekündigten Gartenmöbel verpackt und dreckig und hätten ausgepackt und gesäubert werden müssen. Darauf haben wir verzichtet. Schade! Vor Anreise wurden wir vom Vermieter mit mehrseitigen, teils schon beleidigenden Verhaltensvorschriften und Erwartungen auf den Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Das hat dem ganzen leider einen sehr schlechten Beigeschmack gegeben. Schade !

Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Good location close to beach. Owner and local key holder very helpful and responded promptly to queries. Would certainly recommend this property.
2nd time renting this property, again very smooth check in and out. Housekeeper is just around the corner if you need any assistance. Nice spacious property with all the facilities needed. Would benefit from a bigger barbecue though as there was 6 in our party.

The property was clean and tidy and equipped with everything we needed to ensure our break was hassle free. The only minor annoyance within the property was the creaky stairs and landing.

Accommodation was really clean and accurate and very spacious.
Upon arrival we met a lady whom was quite abrupt and no very welcoming at all.
We were also a little suprised due to covid 19 to find half used toilet rolls and dirty washing up sponges in the property.
We feel that these items should be changed at every clean.
All in all a very pleasant holiday

Your happiness is our number one priority, we are sure if you had you had followed the simple rule in the booking confirmation that all guests should contact our key holder by telephone the day before your arrival to confirm you approximate time of arrival, The moment of arrival is crucial. If that moment goes wrong for whatever reason, there is mutual resentment for the entire rest of your stay. If guests arrive early or without notice, the housekeeping will be done in a rushed way and won’t be done right. The greeter/house keeper will be flustered; you will be annoyed
