The instructions for obtaining the key to unlock the caravan need to be updated - no mention of grey covering to be slid down to reveal code numbersThe locking rasp on the gate was broken and laying on the decking when I arrived

Enjoyed my time here

Excellent location, 5 mins from the beach. Very clean site. Friendly staff. Had to pay extra for the club house and facilities because of booking externally which wasn't mentioned during the booking process. It really should be mentioned, but didn't let us spoil our stay. Would definitely stay at the same resort again. The mobile home was very clean and spacious.

Caravan nice a bit dated but ok

Park was ok had a hiccup in restaurant orderd our meal and it came up in takeaway boxes but other than that all was ok

Sunny Hunstanton Manor Park

Lovely site SO clean well kept lawns and garden areas. Spacious area for each caravan so private. Ideal for all ages, as 10-15 minute steady walk to the beach and fun fair. Approx 20 minutes to the centre of the town. Many cafes all on route and many more cafes ,restaurants and bars. Good shops, lots of individual private, Tesco next to Manor Park site.. we’ve had a great break

Where is it?

Initially not easy to find,out plot, although arriving on busy bank holiday didn’t help! We are not picky but outside table not clean,covered in sand, cutlery and glasses not clean,dog bed and kong under double bed! Overall lovely ,comfortable,and the en-suite was a great surprise.Would come again to Balmoral.

Clean comfy caravan

For two adults ideal plenty of space its more up to date than the photos new grey seating inside maybe update the photos on the web page. Clean and comfy nice comfy bed no complaints other than i think bit cheeky to charge twenty pounds to go 2 hours earlier... 4pm bit late 4 check in. Dog enjoyed it to.

Such Helpful Service

The caravan is lovely, clean, cosy and comfortable. On our arrival day we had a very poorly little grandson who needed to lay down as soon as we had arrived. The cleaning company who manage the handovers went out of their way to get our caravan ready for an earlier check-in. We were so grateful for this kindness and it helped him recover to enjoy the holiday.

Accomodation good, site not too dog friendly.

Caravan was clean and tidy, decking was a bit scruffy and needed sweeping. Site was a little bit untidy in areas behind caravan i.e litter. Site pub was not dog friendly, we were not allowed to enter with dog, so we never used any of the site amenities.
