Great location.

Lovely short break for me and visiting family, being so close to the beach was wonderful. The single beds are small, but were perfect for the children.. Kitchen was well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Cleaning ladies were very friendly.

Would definitely stay again

Great location, very well equipped and clean. The only problem was the single beds were terribly uncomfortable and lumpy but soon remedied by covering with a duvet.

Couldn’t have asked for better for the money

Although an older caravan , made the perfect base for all the family to enjoy a long weekend. Caravan equipped with all the necessities and beach 3mins walk away. We would definitely return for future getaway. Thank you

Weekend break

We stayed in Hunstanton for a 3 night break. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this peaceful location. The mobile home was well equipped and comfortable, although have to say the mattress is well past it’s sell by date and didn’t do my or my husbands back any good. Other than that, no complaints.

Dated but that was not a problem. Small site and felt a bit crammed in but we.didnt need any extra space. Maybe not ideal for.children, who would want to play outside.Camp site behind was a bit noisy the first night but didnt notice the rest of stay.Check in was.simple. kitchen had just enough equipment but again we only used mugs. No wi fi and 5g could be poor. Easy enough to find. Accepted dogs and a minutes walk to the beach thay they could go on. Dogs were not allowed on furniture.

Unhappy holidays around

First off we found dirt on carpet from last guested got blame for then we got more charges on top from duvets witch we already Discussed with one member of staff already and they said and they said nothing more would come of it and it wouldn't be a matter mother and it wouldn't be a matter because it's a matter for the cleaners For then 2 to 3 hours later get an email say get an email saying about the things that we have to replace the things that we have to replace for 85 pounds which I know it don't cost that much no it don't cost that much for a duvet or yet shampoo cleaner dampoo cleaner for a carpet we didn't destroy in Ah pit we didn't destroy in the 1st place and it's made us very upset and vulnerable act and vulnerable especially with children it unfair for one member of stuff say one thing for another to change there mind try over change us for something we already discussed then say they was going change us for items what should come out deposit feels like con get money out vulnerable family it discussing to be treat in this way special after we already spoke to someone about this issue wasn't nice at all we had to sleep sofa as was as main bedroom bed mattress was very uncomfortable and canvan was dirty on carpet and floors and cobwebs around the loo toilet was unclean witch we had to clean ourselves didn't make fuss about so to charge us £85 for everything that needs replacing is way over pricey needs looked in more before we go head pay that amount we shouldn't have to pay out for that amount at less specially when place was already dirty floored when got there unfair judge on your canvan site needs be looked in more you need learn to work on some things specially Communication skills instead of swearing instead of swearing over the telephone it's not very very business like and to tell someone who lives for cleaning meaning that they can't clean something is wrong you can't clean something is wrong especially when I know all the tips in the trade

Key left in the door lock

We really enjoyed our short brake and we like caravan, but we would like to mention that when we came to the caravan park the caravan’s key was in the door lock , so everybody can go in and do whatever want. We left keys in the lock with code.

Lees Caravan Park

Great 3 night stay with my daughter and dog. Caravan was very clean, well equipped with all you need for a stay. Was welcomed on arrival by George, who is onsite manager, and sorts out any issues you might have ( we had none!) Site is nice and quiet about a 15 min walk along the promenade to Hunstanton. Beach is across the road , and through a cut through, takes about 3 mins! What more could you ask for? We enjoyed the fabulous sunsets of an evening walking the dog. Tesco is 15 min walk from site, incase you need some last minute things. Would definitely recommend and stop again.
