On the ground floor, the home features a large, fully equipped central kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a living room. All of these spaces open up to the ocean through enormous double-height windows that give the home a sense of expansive interior height. The terrace, with its breathtaking views of the beach, is fully furnished with outdoor sofas and an outdoor dining table
