The Venice Apartment is our suggestion for your holidays in Venice. A beautiful house for a comfortable stay.
It takes just 15 minutes walking from Santa Lucia railway station and 10 minutes walking from Piazzale Roma, the main bus terminal.
It is located in Corte del Fontego, a quiet place close to Campo Santa Margherita, the heart of "movida" and Venice activities.
All tourist attractions in the city are at walking distance.

5 nights in this great apartment just off Campo Marghareta - quiet, pretty, well set up and comfortable - and terrifically located. Communication was great and we couldn't be happier with our stay.

Quiet, Cozy and Complete

Luciano's property is amazingly quiet given the primo location just off san Marguerita square. Venice has become excessively crowded so having this beautiful and fully furnished apt gave us a place to rest ffrom the crowds

Fantastic location and so comfortable.

Staying at this apartment was perfect. The location was wonderful being just off a lovely piazza with great cafes. The apartment itself was so comfortable with a great kitchen with everything you need to cook in which we did every night. Beds and lounge also so comfortable. The communication with owner was excellent and check in very easy. We appreciated the very early check in. I highly recommend staying here and if I return to Venice I will be returning to this wonderful apartment.

Lovely appartment in great area

Great location, high quality appartment with everything for a family of 4. Luciano was very responsive, check in and out easy. Nice touch was kitchen stocked with essentials ( milk, juice, coffee, eggs, bread, and all the condiments ), which made settling in after long trip really enjoyable. The square (santa marguerita), has everything you need (shops, market, cafes, groceries, restaurants) and really close to transport links. We were really glad to have stayed here.

Perfect for a longer stay!

I was at the apartment for three weeks and was joined by my daughter for the final week. The apartment was perfect for a longer stay as everything was in place for extended daily living. The kitchen was very well equipped, bathroom spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We've stayed in this area previously and were eager to return to the neighbourhood. It's the perfect blend of quiet and liveliness. All communications were efficient and helpful and really I could not ask for more. Home for one day now and starting to dream of a return visit!

En plus de l’emplacement optimal, l’appartement est très confortable et on se sent comme à la maison. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour nous accueillir . Tout était parfait, nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Merci beaucoup

très bel appartement

Bien situé dans notre quartier préféré. Calme, moderne, bien équipé. Le seul bémol, valable pour d'autres locations aussi, c'est qu'on ne voit plus aucun propriétaire ou loueur, c'est complètement anonyme, tout se fait avec un code....dommage!

Schöne Einrichtung!

Uns hat unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt zentral und ist dennoch ruhig. Sie ist nicht nur für alle Belange super gut ausgestattet, sondern auch schön und modern eingerichtet, sodass wir uns zuhause und willkommen gefühlt haben. Zudem ist das Raumklima sehr angenehm warm. Alles, was man für die Nutzung der Wohnung wissen muss, hat Luciano verständlich aufgeschrieben. Sollten dennoch Dinge nicht funktionieren, ist er sehr gut erreichbar und hilft schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung, insbesondere auch für lange Aufenthalte, sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, l'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé pour les vacanciers qui souhaitent cuisiner et pour ceux qui veulent des vacances reposantes les restaurants sont sur place, ainsi que pizza à emporter et très bon glacier. Propreté irréprochable. Bien situé puisque nous pouvions faire des ballades durant 3h pour revenir déjeuner se reposer et repartir l'après midi. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Jahreswechsel in Venedig

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene über Silvester , insgesamt 10 Tage in diesem Apartment und haben es sehr genossen. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, der Kühlschrank war mit allen Nötigen versehen, so konnte der Urlaub gleich beginnen. Die Zimmer, das Bad und die Küche sind sehr schön, originell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sehr gut! Einzig die Kühlmaschine (?) im Hinterhof hat ein wenig gestört. Ansonsten wurden wir sehr gut empfangen und betreut. Herzlichen Dank an Luciano und Giancarlo

We will be back!!

This apartment was in such a perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere as it is centrally located! There were two of us and we each had our own bedroom and we shared the bathroom. Everything was clean and there was milk, bread, eggs and water in the fridge when we arrived. (A market is right around the corner.) The washing machine was an added bonus allowing us to pack less clothing. We spent 10 days in Venice and will be coming back and renting this apt again! Recommend a water taxi from the airport. Make sure to book your return taxi at least 24 hours in advance!

Erstes Mal im Juli in Venedig

Das Appartement lag sehr zentral und Küche und Bad hatten fast alles, was man braucht. Den Espresso oder Cappuccino trinkt man doch besser im Café, da es keine guten Gerätschaften dafür gab. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut.

Tolle Wohnung an sehr guter Lage!

Die grosszügige Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für 4 Personen. W ir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wegbeschreibung mit Bildern ist vorbildlich. Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber angetroffen und der Kühlschrank war mit dem Nötigsten gefüllt. Andere Lebensmittel waren zum Gebrauch ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Wognung ist praktisch, gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Der Campo S. Margherita ist sehr nahe, da kann man abends gemütlich den Tag bei einem Aperitivo ausklingen lassen. Herzlichen Dank an Luciano für den sehr informativen und netten Mailverkehr und die Hilfe bei Fragen! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!

Appartement charmant. Refait à neuf récemment et avec gout. Taille Idéale pour une famille de 4. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les courses offertes lors de notre arrivée qui nous ont permis de prendre un petit apéro (merci pour la bière bien fraîche luciano !) et éviter d’avoir à faire les courses pour le petit déjeuner. La réservation c'est très bien déroulée et notre caution nous a été rendue moins de 48h après notre départ. PRO ! L'appartement fut très facile à trouver grâce aux indications à base de photos remise. A choisir, les yeux fermés !

Perfect Location!

This place was perfect for my family. We had 3 adults and 2 children and the accommodations were great. We had everything that we needed and more. The location was perfect as well, close enough to walk where ever needed. We didn't have to use the public transportation at all to get to San Marco Square or the Rialto bridge. Very easy to get to and from the train station as well. I would highly recommend this apartment.
