1 bed private villa (sleeps 2) on Award Winning Las Brisas managed resort. Perfect location. Easy walking distance to Playa Blanca, Playa Dorada, Marina Rubicon, Playa Flamingo and much more. (300 metres from Playa Blanca centre, 800 metres from Playa Dorada and 1.1km from Flamingo Beach)

Set on a well maintained, gated private resort with, heated infinity pool (and kiddy pool) with lifeguard, in house bar, restaurant and games room, children’s play area, sun terrace, on site convince shop and reception.

The site has ample on site free parking if you decide to hire a car. However every where is within walking distance so cars are not necessarily needed.

The villa has plenty of private outdoor space for, alfresco dining and sunbathing. The villa is equipped with a bbq, 2 sun beds, outdoor table with 4 chairs, sun loungers, kitchen, bedroom with 2 single beds, large living room with TV, bathroom with large walk in shower.

The whole villa is well equipped and very comfortable.

Lanzarote airport is 35km from Resort and numerous modes of transfer are available. Taxi, car hire, direct transfer and even bus.

Fantastic weather all year round, great for walking and the local restaurants/ bars are something to behold.

There is ferry to Fuerteventura within 5 mins walk of the Villa at the local harbour or use the Bus Station next door to the Villa to visit the rest of this gorgeous island.
