The bungalow - with Tourist Licence VV-35-3-0011143 - is located on a small, quiet, but spacious complex conveniently situated near the heart of Playa Blanca and its Punta Limones centre within easy walking distance ion the harbour as well as local beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

The modernised bungalow - with its own garden and patio providing views of the communal pool - sleeps up to 3 people.

Accommodation consists of a lounge, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining area. There is a private patio and garden.

Wifi is included in the rental.

Playa Flamingo beach is a short stroll, whilst the beaches of Playa Blanca and Playa Dorada are between 300 to 800 meters away.

There is a supermarket around 100 meters from the complex.

Ample car parking is available in the cul-de-sac next to the bungalow.

The weekly cleaning service consists of a full clean, with a supply of fresh bed linen as well as bathroom, hand and kitchen towels weekly for longer stays.

Cot Hire Cot hire is available on request.

A Safety Deposit Box is provided.


The property is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival, and it should be vacated by 10.00 at the latest on the departure date.

Beautiful quiet complex

The property has all the facilities that you would need. Lovely sunny position, quiet straight out to lovely pool area, close to supermarket and ten minute walk to the centre.

A lovely quiet complex. Close to Playa Blanca

Bungalow a little tired, one or two things need updating. Would definitely book again.

Great location poor accommodation

Great location, surrounds and pool well maintained but bungalow smelt musty/mouldy and bathroom had sewage smell. Bungalow was well maintained and well stocked - mouldy smell is due to wood cladding on lounge and bedroom walls which traps moisture behind it and then goes mouldy. Shame really as otherwise a great place. Also, English channels on TV keep losing signal and have to constantly reboot the system.

Great location but property not so good

Great location, quiet complex.Bungalow spacious but very tired.Furniture needs a refresh, mattresses poor quality. Sofa uncomfortable for sitting. Outdoor cushions need replacing.Kitchen well equipped with mixture of crockery and cutlery, but no detergents, or bin bags.Property had been cleaned but without toilet rolls.One bed made up with a quilt the other only a sheet. We found a stained quilt in the wardrobe. Textiles of poor quality. Many other bungalows on the complex were of a much higher standard.

Prettig park, gedateerd huisje

Het park is fijn rustig en de tuin is netjes, maar het huisje mag wel wat geüpgraded worden, het is zeer basic. De bedden waren slecht en er was geen koffiezetapparaat, alleen een percolator. De badkamer is ook erg eenvoudig en de voegen van de douche zijn beschimmeld. De woonkamer maakt je verdrietig, de schilderijtjes zijn bijna niet meer waarneembaar, zo verschoten. Het licht in de keuken en woonkamer zijn ook veel te fel, totaal geen sfeer alles bij elkaar. Het is dat onze kinderen in een andere huisje elders zaten en we daar vooral verbleven, anders hadden we een hele andere vakantie gehad.

Lovely quiet complex

Seamless check in process & good communication (details for access forwarded a few days before). Bungalow was perfect for us & great value for money. Full kitchen, great wifi, bedroom, living space & bathroom as described. Sun loungers & cushions and great access to the pool area which was just us for most days! Excellent location for Playa Blanca prom /restaurants etc, supermarket 2 minutes walk. Overall, excellent for what we wanted. Thank you 😊
