Front Line Beach Penthouse with Ocean Views, Pool and Fiber Optics
Your family will have everything within walking distance at this centrally located accommodation.
A beautiful penthouse (with lift access) offering stunning ocean views. It’s located in one of the most popular areas of Mojácar Playa and is just a short walk from bars, shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk, where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll along the beach.
Our customer service hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Key pickup is via a key safe in Mojácar or Vera Playa, and all instructions will be sent 2 weeks before your travel date. An in-person meeting is available for a fee of 25 €, payable upon arrival.
All other necessary services (welcome package, cot rental, etc.) can be paid for upon arrival.
Access Rights
Rentmojacar SL Property Management, its representatives, or its subcontractors have the right to access the property at any time, with due consideration for the tenant’s convenience, for the purposes of changing linens, inspecting the property, and carrying out any essential or routine repairs or maintenance work.
Important Note: The company will not accept groups of young people or bachelor/hen nights. Some properties are available to couples under the age of 25.
