Fermin Suite is a modern and comfortable apartment, located in the heart of the Old Town, between Fermin Kalbeton and Narrika streets, both known for their wide gastronomic offer. Despite its location in the Old Town this is quiet apartment thanks to the quality of its construction and insulation, just one step from La Concha Beach and the Centre of San Sebastián.
The apartment has been entirely remodelled in 2019 using first rate materials and furniture. It has been decorated taking care of even the smallest details and it is completely equipped including air conditioning. It faces Narrika street (living room and one bedroom) and to a quiet interior patio (main bedroom and dinning kitchen).
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building with elevator.
There are two double bedrooms, a lounge, a dining room, two bathrooms with shower tubs and a modern open kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and complete kitchenware. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have two twin beds of 90 x 200 cm each and also TV.
It is perfect for a family or two couples that are planning to spend their holiday in quality apartment with all the comforts in the nerve centre of city. This apartment has no private parking but you will find a public parking 200m (PLEASE NOTE THAT CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE OLD TOWN)
