Excellent location and nice host

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at this apartment. The location is great - just a couple of blocks from the La Concha beach as well as the a few minutes' walk to the Downtown area (where you will find lots of restaurants, museums, parks ...) ; there were several nice bakery and food stores nearby. During some of the days that we were is San Sebastian we rented a car and we gladly accepted the offer to rent he optional parking location that was located just located 2 blocks away.

Great location, mediocre unit

While the location is great and host is attentive, the unit itself is very basic. Furniture is old and uncomfortable. The clothes washer didn't wash the clothes, and there is no dryer.

Rundown no ac/broken fan

Inaccurate with the description one and half bath you pay for parking. The fan they have extremely noisy (can’t be used) no air flow since windows only on one side of one bedroom no windows or any air circulation/air conditioning in other two bedrooms and kitchen. They could invest a small amount of money to make it more comfortable.

Great location and huge apartment that has all basic needs. Apartment could use some updating, more towels, and instructions on how to use stove. Would stay there again. Hosts were helpful and responsive.

We were 5 adults and were comfortable in this property. This has such a great location - just 2 blocks from the beach and an easy walk to the old town and square. Good WiFi, parking space nearby and felt very safe in the apartment, thanks Jose!

Great location.

The apartment was in a great location. Very close to beach and the old town. The photos online reflect the property fairly. It was a comfortable apartment since we have three adult children. Having a parking spot was very important. My only problem with the property was that there was NO internet. I must have overlooked that when I booked, otherwise I would have never picked this property.
