We are all about the location.......Our rental is on a cul-de-sac just 2/10 mile from Surf Drive Beach. The walk to the beach is flat, quick and very easy; esp for children. Less than one mile to Main Street with many shops and restaurants.
You'll appreciate the sun from the southeast exposure. It invites you to start your day with a cup of coffee on the deck or end your day relaxing with your favorite book. Use the lobster pot, get your favorite drink, put your feet up...it's your vacation.

Each unit of our duplex has 2 bedrooms with A/C, full bath, living room and eat in kitchen; your own deck with private entrance. Rent both sides (for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths) if you need more room or want to go on vacation with another family. Units are separated by an inside foyer with steel entry doors to each unit for your privacy and the pictures are a combination of each unit. Because there are two units we rent, please inquire which unit is available prior to requesting to book. Rate is for one unit only and calendar reflects either unit availability.

Please note during the summer high season this is a Sunday to Sunday weekly rental.....avoid traffic! Inquire about shoulder season flexible rental dates.
