Nice studio well equipped and functional located in the city center, quiet in a luxury residence. Everything is done on foot: beaches within 10 minutes, the SNCF / TGV station at 800m. 2 steps from the markets, you just have to put your luggage and enjoy your vacation. The apartment has a large south-west facing balcony for meals throughout the year. Upstairs with lift and an unobstructed view of one of the rare green spaces in the center of Saint Raphaël.
