This beautiful hillside villa with magnificent panoramic sea views and marvelous 11x6 metres pool with Roman steps, sun-terraces and lush gardens is located close to the famous resort of Ayia Napa.
With its impressive proportions, and yet noble in appearance, this villa comfortably accommodates group of eight.
One en-suite double bedroom is located on the first floor together with spacious living area and a guest toilet.
Another two en-suite double bedrooms and one twin bedroom which all have balconies are located on the second floor.
On the second floor are another three bathrooms. With a lots of entertainment options, this villa offers unforgettable holidays.

Great pool

This is a very spacious property with a really good size, lovely pool. You need a car for getting around the area but lots of places - including some great beaches - are within 10 mins drive.

We loved Cleopatra

5 stars across the board for this incredible villa, only location gets a 4 due to lack of nearby amenities but the view more than makes up for it. George and his team are incredible and are in hand for the biggest and smallest of requests. I had my family visit us from Scotland and they were all blown away. Vast yet cosy lounge area (indoor and out), swimming pool with seas views and spacious bedrooms. Highly recommend.

Bachelor weekend was a success thanks to the DREAM TEAM!! Antonis-Maria-Pampos

I couldn't ask for a better villa to have my bachelor party, even though the rules state that we are not supposed to have parties on the property, Antonis the Supervisor and team leader was very understanding by informing us all of the unspoken rules in order to allow us to do it. Maria the Admin girl with her excellent admin services was always at our disposal for any questions and issues. And Pampos with his quick response on providing the necessary items we asked the company to provide during our stay. The Villa has enormously spacious entertaining areas (back yard, living room, dining roomS), can accommodate more than 8 people that the advertisement says, HUGE pool and pool area, parking spots for more than 10 cars and the 3 bathrooms water pressure will remove actual skin. Looking forward to having my 30th birthday party, Christmas parties and family holidays there!!

Excellent villa, beautiful place to stay! Need a car if wanting to get out and about during the day but if not cheap and helpful taxi drivers aplenty Had an amazing time!
