Family house with 2 b/r , private garden, next to beach
This is a 2bedroom house, with private garden, 150m from the unspoiled Glyfada sandy beach.
it is 60m2 over 2 floors, and offers 2 terraces, one facing the beach and the other one offering protection from the north wind.
The garden has a fantastic sitting area, with a pergola, where 8-10 people can comfortably sit and enjoy the open air in the shade with kids playing around.
Amenities include washing machine, dishwasher, and all the usual kitchen hardware, including a Nespresso machine.
In the living room there is a smart TV, wifi and a great sofa-bed that can easily sleep 2 people if needed.
To reach the beach one just walks 150m , without crossing roads or waiting for cars to stop..
There is a excellent taverna within 200m, the mini market is 150m away, a kite surf school and equipment rental place also at 200m, another taverna at 500m, and the bus stop is within 100m.
A car/quad/motorbike can be very useful to allow you to explore the island, but one can easily chill out and enjoy the location (which also offers exceptional walks through dunes, cedar forests etc).

I am greek but have lived abroad (London and Brussels) for 35 years, studying, working, making a family. I first came to Naxos in 2006 and bought a family house, 400m from Votsalo. It was love at first sight.
Have been coming back to the island ever since, and I am now living here permanently.
I find the area as amazing, unspoilt , food is excellent, prices very reasonable and I promise to do my best to ensure your stay at my property and this island to be as unforgettable as possible.

Votsalo is an ideal size family house, with its 2 bedrooms, private garden and its proximity to the sea, fully equipped and at the same time close to tavernas and mini markets.
And if you have the occasional 5th or 6th person, the comfortable sofa bed will provide the necessary flexibility.
