Villa with Amazing Sea View

Unique, large, comfortable, fully equipped, in an elevated spot with a magnificent view of Azala's bay and the around islands. Ideal for sea baths, water sports, relaxation tranquility and privacy. The sunrise in the sea in front of the house, the sense of fresh air of the Aegean Sea, the contact with nature and the exploration of the surrounding area, it's a unique experience.The house can accommodate a large family, or 2 friendly families, or friends, up to 8 people + a baby. The house has 3 bedrooms, the first one with a king size bed, the second one with a double bed and the third one with two single beds and a baby bed. There are two more single beds and a baby chair, two baths, free wifi, dinning desks for ten people, two air condition systems and a fully equipped kitchen. All the rooms and bedrooms have televisions, windows and they are very sunny with beautiful view. There is a large open veranda, a covered a veranda, a garage and many other facilities. There is also a vineyard and fruit trees in the garden. Depending on the season you can choose and cut your own fruits and grapes. It's 750 meters from the sandy beach of Agios Dimitrios or the Azala's beach. Only one kilometer away from Moutsouna, with plenty of traditional fish taverns, cafes and a mini market. On the way from Azalas to Panermos you will meet many beaches, that you can swim lonely. The main road and farmer's roads, are in a very good condition. In distance of nine kilometers is Apiranthos, the most traditional village in Naxos, which is stone made. In Apiranthos, you can find 3 museums, many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bank atm e.t.c. Peaceful, simple and restful holiday

This property is on the rural side of Naxos which is what I wanted. The house has everything one needs and Floros was a helpful and very generous host.

Endroit formidable pour le calme et la plage privée.

Le frigo était plein à notre arrivée! L'endroit est isolé de la ville de Naxos et de tous ses touristes. L'emplacement valait le détour.

Quiétude, espace et belle vue

Maison très agréable avec superbe vue à 180 degrés sur la mer Egée. Très beau lever du soleil pour les lève tôt. L’accès se fait par une piste en terre pendant 3 minutes, cela donne un petit côté aventurier. Voiture nécessaire. Côté Est de l’île où se trouve pour nous la plus belle plage Panormos avec une très bonne taverne familiale Mitatos. De superbes criques sur cette côte également. Nous avons peu exploré la partie Ouest car la route est montagneuse et les déplacements sont vites longs avec les enfants. Floros est accueillant et le frigo est rempli à l’arrivée. Tout ce qu’il faut pour le petit déjeuner également ! Merci pour tout.

Wundervolles Haus in großartiger Lage

Die ganze Familie hat den Urlaub dort sehr genossen! Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Wir haben gemeinsam einigen spektakulären Sonnenaufgängen beigewohnt! Zu Fuß sind die Weg zu Stränden, zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen, in die Berge ab Haus möglich. Ein Auto ist trotzdem unverzichtbar. Innen alles da was es braucht. Die beiden erwachsenen Kinder konnten "eigene Zimmer" bewohnen. Der sehr nette Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und hat die Küche sehr großzügig mit Start-Essen ausgestattet! Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen. Volle 5 Sterne!

Another wonderful holiday

This was our second stay, which is very unusual for us. As before Floros was very generous in providing food and drink to get us going (it could have lasted for half our stay!). The house has a more homely feel than most holiday accommodation because it is a genuine family house rented only for the holiday season.The area is as quiet, unspoilt and beautiful as before. The view from the house is breathtaking, and there are many walks and little sandy beaches and coves to explore along the East coast. The seafood in Moutsouna is delicious.

Tranquillité, gentillesse et sublime vue

La maison est tout équipée ! Le propriétaire nous a mis à l’aise avec tout le nécessaire de départ et ça c’est vraiment top ! Loin de la foule et des touristes des vacances incroyables ! Petit potager sur place … franchement rien à dire … nos journées rythmées sur les plages alentours, et le soir barbecues entre amis Wifi fonctionne

Un emplacement exceptionnel

Une maison familiale où l'on se sent bien dès son arrivée...d'autant plus que Flores et sa femme savent recevoir (un frigo et des placards remplis...) La maison est très fonctionnelle avec ses 3 vraies chambres et ses 2 salles de bain , une cuisine bien équipée, et une buanderie...et surtout une belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer (magnifiques levers de soleil) dont une partie est abritée du vent (le methem peut souffler très fort en juillet et aout) Un emplacement idéal sur la côte ouest plus sauvage (et moins de touristes) où l'on peut trouver de belles criques en descendant jusqu'à la pointe sud...

A comfortable family house in an area of outstanding beauty.

The unspoilt beauty of the east coast of Naxos is preserved by a high mountain pass. Floros is very helpful in guiding you to the house, and generous with start-up supplies of food and drink, and there is a big freezer as well as everything else you need (including binoculars!). The house is in the best position to enjoy the stunning 360 degree view of the bay, headlands, islands that sometimes seem to float in the sky, typical small fields with sheep wearing bells and olive trees, and mountains at the back. The little beaches along the coast are perfect for swimming, and there are some good walks as well as some that we found impassable. There are friendly tavernas with good seafood, though not many of them, and one mini-market. You can walk into the village in about half an hour or drive in 5 min. It is true that there was often a wind but it was cooling and it did not bother us. We loved the whole trip. Get a good map before you go, not just the one from the car rental.

tranquil retreat with fabulous sea views

Lovely place to stay if you're looking for a peaceful location. Well equipped and comfortable house. Floros is a very generous host - we've never experienced such a well stocked fridge plus other groceries! Floros' wife's homemade apricot jam was a particular highlight!
