Villa at 500 meters from uncrowded beach, located on a small hill overlooking the surrounding area, with beautiful sea view consisting of: living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, internal bathroom (where there is now a shower) , equipped veranda; outside it is equipped with a tiled brick house divided into a barbecue (fireplace plus equipped wall, sink etc.) and a double closed service complete with everything (as visible in plan and photos).
Tastefully furnished, they have an independent entrance, private outdoor parking and a garden. Equipped with WI-FI, TV, washing machine, kitchen utensils, oven, iron and ironing board, internal fireplace, air conditioning etc ... the area is surrounded by greenery, very quiet, ideal for families and for those looking for a little Relax.
* prices starting from € 400 per week in low season
* The nearest beach is a few hundred meters away.
* of 3 completely identical villas, including the external service equipped with barbecue, sink etc. on one side and external bathroom on the other, 1 per house.
* the road leading to the villas is private keeping them away from any noise caused by passing cars on the public road

Entspannte Ferien in einem schönen Haus

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Ivo‘s Haus in ruhiger Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist sehr schön und großzügig, es gibt alles was für den Urlaub notwendig ist, die Terrasse ist ein Traum und Ivo ein sehr freundlicher und besorgter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder zurück. Vielen Dank, Ivo.

La Sardaigne authentique

Une région sarde magnifique qui permet de profiter de la mer avec des plages superbes et aussi de la montagne. Ivo est un hôte toujours disponible et réactif en cas de besoin.
