This Mountain Lodge within Schaffer’s Mill has the styling and materials that are reminiscent of the classic lodges of the Sierras. Take in sweeping views of the golf course, forest and Carson Range from the picture-perfect windows throughout. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome is warm and spacious with an open concept living area featuring a fully equipped chef’s kitchen. This home is perfect for families and small groups.
This townhome inspires family interaction with the effortless flow from kitchen and dining room to great room. The textures are authentic, and include hickory plank floors, rough-sawn timbers, dazzling travertine tiles and chiseled-edge granite. The deck on the upper level, just off the family room, features gorgeous views of the golf course and 7th fairway. Enjoy reading a book or have a delicious meal with the family here! On the lower level of the home, you’ll find a terrace complete with built-in fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows.
Located on the main level is the Queen Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, his and hers sinks, and a stand-up shower next to a gorgeous bathtub. On the bottom level of the home, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: The Primary Suite with a King-size bed, spa-like bathroom, and access to the lower terrace with Fire Pit; and the 3rd Bedroom with two Twin Beds and ensuite bathroom. PLACER COUNTY STR ORDINANCE: Placer County requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to your home's Short Term Rental Permit. These policies are strictly enforced and fines from the county ranging from $1,500 - $5,000 can be issued to guests for each violation.
PARKING: All cars must be parked in the garage and/or driveway. Parking on the street is prohibited at all times.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the agreement.
QUIET HOURS: (9PM – 8AM) No sound from the vacation rental home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors.
LIGHTS OUT: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such other outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week.
RED FLAG WARNINGS: Due to extreme wildfire danger all outdoor wood or charcoal burning is prohibited, including open wood burn pits, bonfires, campfires, and charcoal grills. Do not bring personnel grills or portable fireplaces. When a National Weather Service Red Flag Warning is in effect for the geographical area where the short-term rental is located, all sources of outdoor open flame (including gas/propane/pellet BBQs) are prohibited. It is your responsibility to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.
TRASH: Please keep our bears safe by properly storing and disposing of trash. Do not leave food unattended in your cars our outside for any reason. Trash should be disposed of in the bear-proof trash receptacles located within the properties garage.
