Additionally, it benefits from a variety of restaurants/shops, tennis club and the best beach (Santa María) just a step away.

AREA INFORMATION:
The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the city center of Arroyo de la Miel, also very close by car. Those who vacation in Benalmádena every year will likely repeat bookings in this complex, this specific apartment is particularly interesting since there is no elevator in Pueblo Evita, the apartment benefits from being on the first floor, but with a spectacular panoramic view of the town, the mountain and the sea.

We inform our clients that the blocks near the apartments are under construction, therefore, we do not accept complaints regarding this matter.

Benalcoast Properties has no decision-making power over this service and does not receive official notification in case of changes. Therefore, we are not responsible for modifications in schedule or opening hours, whether by community decision or by any other circumstance outside our management.
The indicated dates are indicative and are subject to change without prior notice. The pool opening is only guaranteed until the end of August.
CHECK-IN: We leave a lock, with instructions sent one or two days before arrival. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15 to September 15 - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.
No claims related to:
- The swimming pool calendar or schedules,
- Possible access restrictions (for any reason), which must be respected at all times.
- Pueblo Evita does not have an elevator or access for people with disabilities. No claims will be accepted on this matter.
Pueblo Evita only has street parking, subject to availability.
- We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, are not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.
- The air conditioning in this apartment is equipped with an automatic timer as an energy-saving measure.
