1 Bedroom Apartment with Large Terrace and BBQ
This charming apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and a beautiful terrace with barbecue. Located in the coveted Pueblo Evita community, it is the ideal place to enjoy your vacation. The apartment has a magnificent location where you will find bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close. It is also worth noting that it is near the beach, approximately 700 m or 10 minutes walk from our beautiful beaches of Benalmádena.
Pueblo Evita is one of the few communities that offers jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as an on-site restaurant/bar, a children's club, and nighttime entertainment (subject to community decisions about its opening/closing).
The complex and the apartments have a charming Andalusian style similar to a village and the apartment offers an exceptionally spacious open terrace with southwest orientation and sun until late afternoon.
The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the center of Arroyo de la Miel, also a short distance by car. Those who spend their vacations in Benalmádena every year are likely to repeat bookings at this complex, this particular apartment is especially interesting since there is no elevator in Pueblo Evita, the apartment has the advantage of being on the first floor, while having a spectacular clear view of the city, the mountain and the sea.

The opening and usage schedule of the pool depend exclusively on the homeowners' association.
Benalcoast Properties has no decision-making power over this service and does not receive official notification in case of changes. Therefore, we are not responsible for modifications to the calendar or opening hours, whether by decision of the community or by any other circumstance beyond our management.
The indicated dates are indicative and are subject to change without prior notice. The pool opening is only guaranteed until the end of August.
