This charming apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and a beautiful terrace with barbecue. Located in the coveted Pueblo Evita community, it is the ideal place to enjoy your vacation. The apartment has a magnificent location where you will find bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close. It is also worth noting that it is near the beach, approximately 700 m or 10 minutes walk from our beautiful beaches of Benalmádena.



Pueblo Evita is one of the few communities that offers jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as an on-site restaurant/bar, a children's club, and nighttime entertainment (subject to community decisions about its opening/closing).



The complex and the apartments have a charming Andalusian style similar to a village and the apartment offers an exceptionally spacious open terrace with southwest orientation and sun until late afternoon.



The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the center of Arroyo de la Miel, also a short distance by car. Those who spend their vacations in Benalmádena every year are likely to repeat bookings at this complex, this particular apartment is especially interesting since there is no elevator in Pueblo Evita, the apartment has the advantage of being on the first floor, while having a spectacular clear view of the city, the mountain and the sea.

We inform that the building staff is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



CHECK-IN: We leave a lock, with instructions sent one or two days before arrival. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15 to September 15 - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.

The opening and usage schedule of the pool depend exclusively on the homeowners' association.

Benalcoast Properties has no decision-making power over this service and does not receive official notification in case of changes. Therefore, we are not responsible for modifications to the calendar or opening hours, whether by decision of the community or by any other circumstance beyond our management.



The indicated dates are indicative and are subject to change without prior notice. The pool opening is only guaranteed until the end of August.



No claims related to:



- The pool schedule or timetables,



- Possible access restrictions (for whatever reason), which must be respected at all times.



- Pueblo Evita does not have an elevator or access for disabled people. No complaints will be accepted on this matter.

Pueblo Evita only has street parking, subject to availability.

To ensure and expedite the check-in process, tourists are required to provide an image of their ID and a selfie, which will be processed in accordance with current GDPR regulations. Identification and selfie images will be deleted the day after arrival. All guests must be registered to comply with local laws. You will have received a message with a secure link, one week before your arrival, to register online safely. If you have not received it, please let us know as soon as possible. With the entry into force of Royal Decree 933/2021, by which the new traveler data registry approved by the Ministry of the Interior and at the national level is established, starting from December 2, 2024, we are obliged to inform you that we are legally required to request information from all our customers (including minors/babies).
