Renovated holiday apartment in Portal Nou Girona, bright in the center of the city. It has a garage that will allow you to park. It is located next to the Church of San Martí Sacosta, an important point of the city, from where you can go down to Ciutadans street. It is an ideal place for tourists who seek to understand the history and culture of the city and at the same time enjoy the terraces and the quiet atmosphere of the city.

This house has a living room with TV with cable, fast Wi-Fi internet, a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed and two armchairs. Next to the living room, you will find the kitchen, cosy and fully equipped with everything essential to cook and feel at home. Upstairs, there is a bedroom, bright and warm. There is an en suite bathroom with shower, and toilet.

The holiday apartment is located on Portal Nou Girona. It has a garage to park a car or your bikes.Girona is built on a hill side and the apartment is located on a higher part of the city. To access the house from the historic center, you can walk and take the beautiful historic steps next to restaurant Le Bistrot, but there is also a public elevator that can take you to the higher part of the historic center.

We have our office very close, at Carrer de la Cort Reial 13 (Bravissimo) where you can find us for all your questions. When you book we will give instructions and directions to drive in the old city. Please let us know if you need to use the car more than 3x. We can arrange to authorization for unlimited acces if you have a booking in our apartment Portal Nou.

The location of the house is ideal to explore Girona and its charms. It is located right in the center, allowing you to go on foot to any point of the historic city.

A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00 we will be there for you.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. Tourist tax not included in the price (adults 16+, max 7 nights).
