Beautiful and elegantly decorated, located very close to the old quarter of Girona. Located in a quiet street, a few minutes' walk from the old city wall. The one bedroom apartment has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, which is closed in a cupboard, a spacious and bright bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and a modern full bathroom.

The apartment is part of a larger house, but has its own entrance. There is a small corridor that leads to the living room, where there is a table for 4 people and an open kitchen that you can completely hide in a well-designed wooden cabinet. There is air conditioning, heating and Wi-fi. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is modern and has a shower.The garden you see in some of the photos is an area to share with the owners, who live in the house next door. If they are not there, you can go and enjoy the garden. We want to be honest, we cannot guarantee that you will always be able to use the garden.

The apartment is part of a bigger house. There is a beautiful garden which can be used when the owners of the house are not there. This is something we usually don´t know well in advance. So we are honest about it. There is a chance that you can but also a big chance that you can´t use the garden during your stay.



A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00 we will be there for you.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. Tourist tax not included in the price (16+, max 7 nights).
