"Rosa" Apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo (capital of Culture 2018) on the Arab-Norman route (Unesco Heritage).
this is a real rarity of its kind, it is a two-level studio apartment on the first floor there is a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a private bathroom with a large shower; on the second floor there is a fully equipped panoramic kitchen which leads to a terrace with a BREATHTAKING view with a sea view where you will find a table, chairs, deck chairs, umbrella.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate two people, has a small safe, built-in wardrobe, TV, air conditioning in every hot / cold environment, sofa bed (140cm x 195), hairdryer, 3 towel kit, washing machine, iron, kettle , microwave oven, set of pots, glasses and dishes, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner.
The apartment is very bright also thanks to the panoramic terrace.
The apartment is housed in an 18th century noble palace "Palazzo Principi di Santa Margherita" located in the heart of the historic center, between Piazza Marina and the historic Vucciria market. Below the house there are several restaurants, pubs and places to spend pleasant evenings. The main monuments and museums are within walking distance.
This is located on the 3rd and 4th floor without a lift, this allows for an almost magical day and night view.
A few hundred meters from the bus stop that connects the city
to the airport and from the bus for the city tour.
We have a luggage storage service and a possible late check out.
