The Novelty building is one of Salou's most famous. It is very central, the Jaime I Walk (Jaume I) is located in the middle. It has a 24-hour reception, beautiful pool with children's area, 24-hour reception. It has security service. It is on the Levante Beach, the Salou municipality of fine sand.
Balo renovated this year. New furniture.
The high standing apartment is very nice. New very powerful Wifi for internet connection. A large terrace with new awning with electric control and overlooking the sea and the promenade very pleasant for lunch, dinner or sunbathing.
Kitchen with all appliances: hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, juicer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full stainless steel battery, cutlery, dishes, etc.

Full bathroom with shower completely renovated.

Living room, with sofa bed, 32 'flat TV, telephone, great access to the terrace. Blinds with electrical interruption.

A room with two beds of 90 cm. new mattress of visco-plastic. Access to the terrace and shutters with electric switch.

The apartment is of good standing in the center of the Jaime I promenade and the main beach of Levante Salou. From the terrace and inside the apartment you can see the beach, the sea, the marina, the colored fountains, etc. It is right in the center of Salou and in the surroundings there are restaurants, shops, shops, supermarket, cafeteria, etc. The apartment is quiet and is not in the nightclub area but can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
The apartment is very nice and has a washing machine, fridge, microwave, New very powerful WIFI Internet, TV in the living room and TV in the room; air conditioning.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people and can accommodate 5. At the reception you have some information about Port Aventura, Aqua Park, go-karting, Barcelona, boat trips, golf, cycling, etc.
The parking is OPTIONAL 12 EUROS PER DAY to be paid at the reception.

Great apartment, very central. Nice swimming pool area (with lifeguard) and lovely beach across the road. Apartment itself has been nicely decorated and was well equipped. Beds comfy, air con was ok. All very clean and good communication from the host.

So close to the beach!

Property was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect vacation. It is close to a supermarket and restaurants. But most importantly, it is so close to the beach.

This is a fantastic holiday home and if going back to Salou i would defo book this again.

Beautiful apartment with lovely views from the very spacious balcony. Very clean and everything you could possibly need in it. Thank you for having us, we really enjoyed our stay and great location!

Wonderful Location

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The property had everything we needed and in a great location right next to the beach. No need for car hire as everything is in walking distance. We enjoyed sitting out on the very large balcony and great pool for the children. Communication with Miguel was excellent and always very helpful. Thank you very much we had a wonderful holiday!

Lovely apartment but not 2 bedroom

The apartment is beautiful, clean and in a great location. However it is one bedroom, not 2, as the 2nd bedroom is actually a sofa bed in the living room.

Très bel appartement qui nous a permis de passer de merveilleuses vacances quasi sur la plage, avec notre petit chien. Mis à part le matelas du canapé convertible qui est un peu mou à notre goût, c'est une location proche de la perfection.

Très bel emplacement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Ce logement est idéalement situé. L'appartement et les équipements (meubles, électroménagers, linge de maison et vaisselle) sont vieillissants et mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement. L'état de propreté est à revoir. Un aspirateur serait très utile. Le balcon est agréable à vivre même si la vue mer est masquée par les nombreux palmiers du passéo.

The property was smaller than we were expecting, but it was sufficient for our needs. It was a 2 min walk across the road to the beach and people watching from the balcony was enjoyable. There were only two downsides, one being the air conditioning which really wasn't strong enough for the whole apartment and secondly the shower had broken the week earlier and the temp had to be controlled or set from the boiler today for a shower tomorrow, but the landlord did advise us of the before we arrived. We had a few very small issues which the landlord responded to well and quickly. There were very nice restaurants within 5 to 10 mins walk. Overall the apartment was well located for a weeks beach holiday.

Best part of Salou, 5 mins walk to marina and less then 10 mins to all the shops. Restaurants and bars all on your door step. The mediterranean sea right across the street to the biggest beach in Salou with beach bar and restaurants. A lovely well kept cosy apartment with large balcony over looking the beach and promenade.

The apartment had everything we needed and we were very close to the beach, the 24 hr staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and we felt very secure in the apartment.

Agréable séjour à Salou

Nous avons passés une semaine très agréable à Salou dans l'appartement de Mr Miguel MORRAS. Cet appartement est bien situé (commerces, bars, restaurants, fontaines de Salou, plages ...) tout est à proximité. Idéal également pour les familles qui désirent aller à Port Aventura et qui désirent profiter de la mer (comme nous). L'appartement est très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Il a un grand balcon et une vue mer. Nous remercions également Mr Miguel MORRAS pour sa disponibilité pour toutes les questions pratiques que nous avions concernant notre séjour à Salou et sa rapidité de réponse, même lors de notre séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Mooie locatie

Mooi centraal gelegen appartement op loopafstand van het strand, restaurants en winkels. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het appartement. We hebben genoten van het uitzicht over de boulevard en het strand vanaf het verrassend grote balkon. De wifi werkte goed. We hebben hier een fijne vakantie gehad!

Idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans l’appartement et aux alentours … sous un soleil radieux en cette 1ère semaine d’août 2015. Nous ne manquions de rien, l'appartement était très propre, les concierges très agréables et la possibilité d’avoir une place de parking très appréciable. Le propriétaire prend soin de savoir si tout va bien et vraiment tout allait bien ! Les enfants ont profité de la plage à nos pieds et de la belle piscine privée de l'immeuble. Toutes les commodités étaient à proximité. Nous avons apprécié les fontaines et jeux d’eau et lumière et bien que Salou soit réputée pour être festive, nous n’avons pas été gêné par des activités nocturnes dans le quartier. Rien à dire, c’était parfait pour notre famille. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement.

Séjour dans l'appartement de Miguel

Du 25 Mai au 1 juin nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement présentant un confort total d'aspect simple mais élégant. Dans la chambre décorée avec gout, un lit à deux places, prêt à nous recevoir, un très bon matelas, des rideaux et doubles rideaux. La cuisine inclue dans la pièce centrale, mais indépendante, comporte tout le matériel utile et nécessaire( four micro onde, lave linge, cafetière, bouilloire, fer à repasser etc...). La pièce principale( fort coquette et de bon gout) avec canapé, table chaises et télévision française+prise pour ordinateur s'ouvrait sur une grande terrasse meublée d'une table ,de chaises et d'un parasol ; celle ci donnait sur la piscine de l'immeuble. Des volets électriques représentaient une bonne sécurité le jour comme la nuit. Cet appartement était vraiment prêt de la mer et prêt du centre ville. Quant aux sanitaires tout était parfait, les toilettes sont indépendantes. L’hygiène est parfaite. Le parking est dans l'immeuble. Je dois dire que nous avons passé une semaine pleine d'agrément à tous niveaux.. Nous avons tout apprécié dans cet appartement ainsi que sa situation géographique dans la ville. Je n'ai jamais vu le propriétaire mais les employées font un maximum pour chaque demande avec le sourire. J'ai eu des relations épistolaires avec monsieur Miguel et il est fort aimable et arrangeant. Nous y revenons en mai cette année.

SUPER SEJOUR

Un appartement très agreable, propre et bien équipé. Une terrasse avec une tres bonne orientation et la vue sur la mer. La piscine est familiale et conviviale. Un accueil toujours sympathique. Le proprietaire est joignable facilement et répond aux besoins avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Commerce de proximité à 3 mn à pied, marché et centre de salou accessible à pied tres facilement. La station de salou est tres animée jusqu'à tard le soir : restos, boutiques, promenades en bordure de mer. Nous y retournons toujours avec plaisir.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien placé à Salou, en face de la plage et disposant d'une belle piscine. L'appartement est bien équipé et très fonctionnel, à noter également des hôtesses à l'accueil aimables et de bon conseil. Nous avons particulièrement bien profité de la terrasse très confortable pour déjeuner, diner et pour de belles soirées d'été même si de par l'emplacement il y a du bruit. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
