Gioia is a large apartment, part of the Villa Barone Emotions villa.
It develops on two levels: the ground floor, which can also be reached by people with walking difficulties, houses a double bedroom, a bathroom and the kitchen-living room, equipped with a dishwasher.
The internal staircase gives access to the first floor, where there is an additional bathroom and two other double bedrooms.
The villa to which it belongs is located in the countryside, but is only one km from the sea. It is in a quiet area, but not isolated.
The gaze extends to the sea and the landscape evokes feelings of peace and relaxation. It is also suitable for large groups who wish to spend their holidays together, respecting the privacy of each family. The premises are air conditioned, with bright and fresh rooms. The house is surrounded by lawn.
The swimming pool (13 × 6) with children's area completes the feeling of well-being. The barbecue suggests conviviality.
To reach the towns that UNESCO has declared a World Heritage Site, you need to travel a few kilometers.
