Property rental too small for a family of 4

The property is very small for 4 people and pets. It would suit 2 people or maybe 3. As you walk into the property you face the dining/living area which only has a sofa for 2 people. There is a dining table in the same room which only fits 3 people at a squeeze. The main bedroom upstairs has a very small double bed. The other room has bunk beds only suitable for children with no space to walk around or for suitcases. We didn’t cook in the kitchen as we felt everything was too small and tight to walk around. There was nowhere to hang wet towels or washing outside. The courtyard and bathroom I would say are the positive things about the property.

un gite rustique qualité prix à connaitre, un accueil de Monsieur Pierre et Madame Raphael agréable avec tous les conseils sur les bons restos de Fromentine et environs en ex: le poisson Rouge,Le Navigateur,sans oublier à Beauvoir sur le Gois la Casa de Campo,magnifiques balades pour nos chiens dans la forêt domaniale et retour par la plage,tout nous fus expliqué dés l'arrivée avec dans le frigo jus d'orange et muscadet offert par la maison ence qui concerne les deux boulangeries à connaitre ,chez Popo et plus près près de l'église mais j'ai oublié le nom,pour les poissons ou au village ou chez Inter Marché avec Monsieur Farid qui vous fera une assiette de fruits de Mer imbattable,encore merci à Pierre que vous aurez le plaisir d'écouter, Eddy et Béatrix de Belgique

La Josephine

Wir haben herrliche Ferien im Fischerhaus "La Josephine" verbracht. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Der Hof war für uns und unseren Hund ideal. La Barre de Monts hat uns viel geboten. Der weite Sandstrand, der Pinienwald zum Wandern und Joggen sowie der Marais breton vendéen zum Radfahren und Paddeln. Das Ehepaar Quartier war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferien waren gelungen.

Trop petite pour 5. Chambre d’enfant impossible de dormir à 3 . Un a dormi par terre. Impossible de passer ou de ranger. C’etait Plus du camping. 2/3 personnes serait plus honnete pour ce logement exigu . Cour poussiéreuse et petite pour les enfants. Le seul attrait est à l’extérieur les plages, et les visites nombreuses. Si l’on doit revenir ce ne sera pas ldans cette location

Traumhaft ruhig gelegenes Domizil

Wir waren im Juni 2018 in La Barre de Monts und haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Trotz unserer mageren Französischkenntnisse machten es unsere sehr netten Vermieter sehr einfach. Sind mit viel Tipps und Informationen versorgt worden. Haus ist schön eingerichtet und durch den Innenhof ideal für Hundebesitzer. Hund kann frei laufen ohne auf die Strasse zu können. Strände in La Barre sind weitläufig und im Juni noch menschen leer. Man muss aber den Flutkalender beachten. Bei Ebbe kann das Meer bis zu vielen hundert Meter weg sein.

vacances au calme et agréables

Location confortable, au calme et bien équipée. Elle est située à proximité des points d'accès à l'île d'Yeu et à Noirmoutier. Les propriétaires sont sur place mais très discrets. Ils sont de bons conseils quant aux activités ou bonnes adresses. Les commerçants des environs sont serviables et souriants. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Wir haben 4 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht zusammen mit unserem 6Monate alten Sohn und unseren zwei Katzen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub- es liegt fußläufig zu Supermarkt, Bäcker und Strand, sowie viel Natur. Der Innenhof eignet sich perfekt für Haustiere (unsere Katzen haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt) und zum ausspannen. In der Umgebung kann man tolle Wanderungen durch den Wald und am Strand machen. Monsieur und Madame Quartier sind sehr freundlich und extremst hilfsbereit; wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Ihnen gefühlt trotz einigen Verständigungsproblemen, da wir leider nur ganz wenig Französisch verstehen. Alles in allem ein fantastischer Urlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen würden und jedem empfehlen können.

agréable vacances en famille et entre amis

A l'arrivée ainsi qu'au départ très bon contact avec M et Mme Quartier. Ils sont charmants et ont à cœur d'accueillir au mieux leurs hôtes. La Maison est charmante et bien équipée. Située non loin du centre de Fromentine mais au calme. La maison offre un cadre idéal de vacances en Vendée. Il est à noter l'existence d'un agréable jardin clos et sécurisé.

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce gîte avec nos petits-enfants. A notre arrivée nous avons eu droit à un surclassement. L'endroit est très calme et très bien situé pour sillonner la région. Les hôtes nous ont réservé un très bon accueil en nous donnant beaucoup d'informations sur les commerces environnants. C'est un lieu paisible que nous recommandons fortements.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine avec nos petits-enfants. L'endroit est parfaitement situé pour sillonner la région. Logement fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé avec parking privatif et clos. Jardin et barbecue complétait les lieux. Endroit très calme et reposant avec des hôtes très disponibles pour donner toutes les informations nécessaires sur les commerces environnants et les lieux de visite. A recommander.

un agreable sejour dans un cadre sympathique

un accueil fort agréable des propriétaires, une propriété calme avec un espace privatif extérieur tout équipé clôturé. une zone de stationnement sécurisée pour les véhicules . une localisation idéal pour passer d'agréable vacances en vendée . nous avons été ravie de notre séjour. une destination à refaire !!!
