Feedback House with Garden / La Barre-de-Monts

We stayed in the accommodation from 05.08.-17.08.2024. The house is located in a one-way street and is ideally situated just 5 minutes' walk from the beach. The house and garden are in a very well-kept condition; the rooms are lovingly and cosily furnished. In contrast to other accommodation, towels, bed linen, washing powder and spices, for example, were provided free of charge. The garden is large enough and offers a barbecue and a terrace, as well as garden loungers and a hammock. The landlady is very nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable from the first day, would have liked to stay longer and intend to come back.

Nous avons passé des vacances splendides dans cette belle maison où il ne manque de rien. L’accueil et la communication avec Lydie et Guy étaient très chaleureux, la bienvenue avec une brioche vendéenne une vraie surprise. Cette maison calme et si proche de la plage de Fromentine est un point de départ idéal pour toutes sortes d‘activités. Les couchers de soleil nous sont émerveillés . Merci Lydie et Guy!

Gepflegtes Haus in guter Lage

Wir - 3 Erwachsene 1 Teenager (16) - hatten in La Barre de Monts einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub. Das Haus von Guy und Lydie hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Beschreibung in der Annonce ist sehr zurückhaltend. Die Lage an einer quasi Anliegerstraße am Waldrand und ledglich 7-10 Minuten vom nächsten Strand und Ortscentrum ist hervorragend. Das Haus selbst hat einen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küche und zur Terrasse hin ein kleinen Vorraum -i.d.Anzeige Bild mit der Chouch. Seitlich an der Küche folgen Toi/Bad und Schlafzimmer. Schlafzimmer hat gr. Glasfront mit Schiebetür zur Terrasse. Hervorzuheben ist auch der Anbau am Haus an der Gartenseite, in dem ein separates Schlafzimmer mit en suite Bathroom und gr. Fenster mit Schiebetür untergebracht ist. Betten waren gut und alles sehr gepflegt. Die große Terrasse und der Garten mit kleinem Teich rundeten den guten Eindruck ab. Pkw hat Platz im Hof seitlich am Haus. Im Ortskern -10 Min. Fußweg - Bäckereien/kl. Supermarkt/Eisdiele/Restaurants und Fischhändler. Der Strand an der Promenade -5-7 Min. - ist für Familien mit Kleinkinder sehr gut geeignet. Strände zum offenen Meer hin sind sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. So genug der Begeisterung! Wir alle sind von der Lage des Hauses, dem Ort Le Barre des Monts und den Stränden wirklich beeindruckt. Was könnte verbessert werden? 2-3 neue Liegen für den Garten wären nicht schlecht. In der Küche: ein handlicher Pfannenwender und 2 scharfe Messer.

Très belle expérience !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Lydie et Guy. Leur belle maison est très confortable et très bien équipée. Elle est idéalement située : Mer, commerces et restos tout à pied. Nous avons également pu très facilement nous rendre à Noirmoutier et à l'île d'Yeu. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et rencontré des hôtes très sympathiques. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter si nous avons l'occasion de revenir dans la région et nous recommanderons l'adresse à nos proches et collègues !

Super séjour, hôtes très accueillant, jolie maison propres et chaleureuse, jardin très sympas avec une mare aux grenouilles très appréciée des enfants. Très bien situé pour visiter la région (plage à 5 minutes à pied, gare maritime vers l'ile d'Yeu proche à pied également, ainsi que resto commerces ect....) Bref un super emplacement pour passer de bonnes vacances ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
