The house is located about 1 km from the beaches and 1.50 km from the forest, 1 km from the town center and its shops. The house has 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom of approximately 9. 50 m2 with a 1.40 m bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers - 1 other bedroom of approximately 9. 50 m2 with 1 bed of 1.40 cm, 2 bedside tables , 1 wardrobe and 1 bedroom of around 8. 50 m2 with bunk beds of 0. 90 cm, 1 bedside table and 1 wardrobe. All rooms are equipped with a 48 cm flat screen TV.
1 bathroom of about 6 m2 with 1 vanity unit, wc, heated towel rail, washing machine, walk-in shower of 0. 90 cm x 1. 40 cm. A living room of approximately 26 m2 including a kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob ..., a living room, a 80 cm flat screen TV and a large storage cabinet (table and iron, vacuum cleaner) all in a modern style. The garden includes garden table-parasol-sunbathing and barbecue

Out of respect for people who may suffer from allergies, animals are not allowed in the house. The house is non-smoking. It is ideal for 6 people maximum.

A deposit of 300 euros will be requested upon arrival and returned by mail after your departure.

You also have the option of taking the cleaning package until the day before your departure. The cleaning fee includes cleaning the bedrooms, the bathroom, the living room, vacuum cleaner, mop, dust ... but does not include cleaning the oven and barbecue as well as emptying the dishwasher for example. ... The cleaning fee is 45 euros. Thank you for your understanding.
