About this property

Casa La Loma 68 between the Roche pine forest and La Barossa beach

Modern, comfortable, conceived to transfer the special light of the Costa de la Luz and transmit to the maximum the feeling of being in nature. Large spaces, amenities, we live part of the year in it with 3 outdoor terraces. We are currently making reforms to improve the decoration of both the interior and the terraces. The works are expected to finish in February 2020 - Inside the well-known Loma de Sancti Petri urbanization on Conil street that leads directly to the Roche pine forest. With views, private garden and direct access for the car to be able to load and unload comfortably. From June 15 to September 15 the pools are opened. There are paddle tennis courts and we make bicycles available as well as an off-road buggy for a baby to walk to the beach in 15-20 minutes. The Supersol supermarket, a pharmacy and a store is a 10-minute walk through the extensive gardens of the urbanization
