Casa Icas is a rural house with capacity for six to seven people distributed in three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with American kitchen bar. Attached to the living room is our large terrace with panoramic views of the Valley and Sierra Nevada. The house is fully equipped with appliances, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher etc. We also have all kinds of kitchenware and clothes, blankets sheets, towels, etc.

Séjour agréable et dépaysant

Toute la famille a passé un très bon séjour dans une région magnifique avec des paysages très variés entre montagnes, plage et villes superbe. La maison était très bien agencée, parfaite pour ma femme, moi et nos 3 enfants. L'équipement de la maison est largement suffisant. José est très discret mais il a été présent lorsqu'on a eu besoin de lui. Il a été très réactif et nous a apporté la solution. Nous avons passé 3 semaines très sympa. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Sehr ruhig, weg von der Stadt und doch nah genug, um Granada besuchen zu können

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne, sehr große und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Terasse und Blick über das Tal. Die große Wohnküche mit separater Essecke haben wir kaum genutzt, sondern sind meist auf der Terasse gewesen. Den Kamin haben wir nicht genutzt, obwohl die Heizung abgeschaltet war und es Nachts auch drinnen noch kühl wurde. Wir hatten stattdessen 4 Elektroradiatoren, die wir bei Bedarf nutzen konnten - es brauchte also niemand frieren. In der unteren Etage gibt es noch ein Bad mit Badewanne, in dem man acuh Duschen könnte, wenn es eine Möglichkeit gäbe, den Duschkopf aufzuhängen. Drei kleine aber gut ausreichende Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum in der oberen Etage sowie der Eingang und ein Bad mit Waschmaschine. Die Decke im Bad ist wegen der Dachschräge teils niedrig, so dass größere Personen nicht aufrecht stehen können. In der Dusche und am Waschbecken ist aber eine ausreichende Höhe. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, brauchten wir keine öffentlichen Busse, die aber nur wenige Meter vor dem Eingang abfahren. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für jeden, der seine Ruhe haben möchte und weniger Wert auf Restaurants und Veranstalltungen legt.

Situada en un lugar privilegiado

Es una casa muy amplia en dos pisos. Las habitaciones se encuentran arriba y el comedor y cocina abajo. La terraza es media vida. Desayunar allí es un privilegio. Está situada en un lugar precioso y tranquilo. Si buscáis algo Rural este es el sitio. Esperamos poder repetir. Sergio y Mireia

Preciosa y ámplia casa, en muy buen estado, tal y como se muestra en las fotografías. Muy bien situada en el pueblo. Servicio excelente por parte de los dueños. Un gran lugar donde comer, es el restaurante "Las Albercas de Cónchar".
