Our house is located in the historic center of Lunamatrona, a small town on the rolling hills of the Marmilla.
From the patio the view sweeps up to the Giara plateau, known for its typical Indigenous horses.
Here you will find art, archeology and culture, and a magnificent panoramic view.
You will love our home for: the atmosphere, tranquility and outdoor spaces. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, travelers and families (with children) and four-legged friends (pets).
This was the residence of our ancestors, who have lived within these walls for entire generations.
The building, of ancient construction, has undergone a careful restoration that has brought to light the original walls with their characteristic vertically inclined shape and in which there are small niches and openings intended for the custody of the braziers to heat the rooms. The large and historic wooden door leads to the courtyard, paved with handmade terracotta tiles interspersed with slabs of lava stone, a typical material of the Campidano area. On the right wall of the stone-covered courtyard there is a barbecue with a wood oven and a laundry room. The staircase leads us to the loggia with stairs to the upper floor and the front door, on the right, which leads through the kitchen to the living room with a characteristic brick fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Upstairs, with a large terrace overlooking the Giara, we find one, we find a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and the bathroom.
