Great location! Easy walk to the beach and downtown. We had a group of 5 adult women and we each had our own bed and room to hang out together. Hope to stay here again!
This was our third summer in a row staying at the house, and we will continue to return because we love it so much! Great for a family or small group, and has everything you need, and a great location. Thank you!

The house was very nice and the location was great. It is close to downtown but the neighborhood is very quiet which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.
Great house with bedrooms for all three groups that went, and two full bathrooms. It’s a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Only thing that could make it better is if they had a fire pit or a hot tub! Plenty of pans and knives in the kitchen.
Our family rented this house for a few days and it was perfect! The house was clean, well set up for our stay, and the neighborhood was great. Only a short 3 min walk to the beachfront walking path. We all loved our time at the rental and will be back for a summer trip.
Had a great stay in Seaside. The house had a great location super close to the beach and in walking distance to many restaurants and shops in Seaside. Would recommend for families who love the beach.
We had an event at the convention center for Presidents’ Day weekend and we were able to book this location. It was right down the street and also super close to all the attractions and the beach. The house was clean and well kept.Check-in was easy! Thank you.
My adult siblings and I, along with my teenage nephews, stayed here for a family vacation in Seaside. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, the deck was very sunny, and the location was close to the beach. It's located in a nice, quiet area, which was nice.
The location of the property is great. It was a cute little house. There were plenty of bed space and the kitchen was decently equipped. The house is a little bit more worn down than the pictures elude to, especially the porch. It could use a good deep clean. The floors appeared clean but left our feet and socks dirty. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the pillows are old and flat. A few things to brighten this house back up and it would be perfect. Some love and time need to go in to it.

Thank you for your review. We were trying a new cleaning service and they had not cleaned the porch - we use a different service now. We do provide extra pillows with varying levels of firmness since guests have different preferences.
This is a nice clean property with a typical Seaside location, easy walk to the beach or downtown. Nice kitchen with a good assortment of utensils, pots, pans, etc. Internet was not working when we arrived and we finally found the plug-in for the router coming from a locked cabinet in the laundry area. We were able to unplug the router to reset it and all was good.
It was difficult to guess what this house looked like from the photos. We used all of the beds (8 of us) and it was pretty tight. The rooms are very small as this is an older house, which might normally be fine, however, we were clamming in the mornings and had lots of wet gear to try to dry things while it was raining. We appreciated the shampoos, soaps, etc that was provided. This house also had a lot of towels. There arent any games/movies but there is a smart TV and a cozy living area. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and even had coffee, which was great. This would be a great place to explore the beach and toen as everything is within walking distance, but would not recommend if you are clamming and need places to dry wet clothes/gear, especially with a larger group.
Short walk to downtown/prom, shorter walk to beach. Parking , while off street, was tricky. We have a f150 and getting in and out of driveway was a challenge if we wanted for anyone else to be able to park off street. Keep perishables sealed as there were a few ants about. Found them on sofa. Comfortable beds, needed items in kitchen. We left what we didn’t use for the next guests. Thank you for having us.

Disappointing
I have used VRBO multiple times and this was absolutely my least favorite place to stay. First, the property owner did not disclose that there was extra charge for a party of over four people ( this has since been updated on the listing). Secondly there was bare minimum of towels, kitchen utensils, no spices etc. We assume it was because of COVID, but have stayed in other locations during this time and never had that issue. Lastly, the propane tank for the grill was empty. The property owner had me go fill it at the local hardware store and then reimburse me. Not exactly what I wanted to do on my vacation. I would not recommend this property especially when there are so many more in the area for the same price.

A breakdown of the price is provided (by VRBO) before the traveller books a property and the extra guest charge is listed as a separate item. Additionally it is also mentioned on the property page. The guests had ample opportunity to review this and ask questions before they paid for it, but they chose not to do so and raised it as an issue later. During our interaction with them this appeared to be their primary issue. We did not appreciate the veiled suggestions about leaving a bad review if the charge was not refunded.
The guest mentioned they had used the grill/propane tank on their first day of stay. On the second day of stay at about 8:35 pm they informed us that the tank needed to be filled. Given that shops were about to close and housekeeping is not on site, we decided it would be best if the guests picked up the tank themselves. Had we been informed earlier, housekeeping would have replaced the tank. We now provide a backup propane tank.
To meet safety guidelines for COVID-19 we have cut back on paper products and pantry items. We let guests know ahead of time so they are prepared. We provide sufficient utensils, cookware, cutlery and have not had guests mention this before. If guests are planning on cooking elaborate meals we suggest they bring utensils and cookware that they deem necessary.
We try to address issues raised by our guests and most of our guests are a pleasure to interact with - unfortunately we cannot say that for this guest.

Great location, kitchen had ants and
The actual home was great:
- Located a short walk from the promenade and downtown
- Lots beach toys for the kids
- Great patio in the front
- Big driveway for parking
However, the management And upkeep was poor:
- Ants in the kitchen. This is a known issue as there are any traps below the kitchen sink. Told to go to grocery store to get ant traps.
- BBQ bottom tray was corroded and not functional. This is a major safety issue as hot items fall through on the gas tank.
- Only one paper towel roll for a 7 day stay. Told to go to grocerie store to get more
- Lack of kitchen items such as a Chef’s knife. Again, told to go to grocery store.
- Only one trash bag, the management sent an Instacart to provide a new set
I complained to property management and to their credit they offered a partial refund. However that was offset by a loss of the cleaning deposit. We sweep and wipe after every meal and have never lost our cleaning deposit in over 100 rental stays. It’s too bad this property was ruined by the property management company.

We are glad that the guest liked the actual house. Unfortunately, they did not leave the house in a good condition. Housekeeping complained of food splatter on TV screen, and food, dirt and sand everywhere. Guests reported an ant problem after six days of stay. Housekeeping charged extra to clean after they left - this is a first (we have had the same housekeeping team since inception).
It is also untrue that they lost their security deposit - we absorbed the extra cleaning charges, since these are trying times for everyone.
Along with enhanced cleaning, we have cut back on paper products as a safety measure during the pandemic. However, the guests were provided with sufficient garbage bags (we also dropped off extra - yet they left takeout bags, and used paper napkins strewn around the kitchen), paper towels, and washable kitchen towels. We also continue to provide enough kitchen utensils, knives, cutlery for a beach house, and ask guests to bring anything that they consider essential. Guests are informed ahead of time, so they can be prepared. We are fortunate to have a grocery store within a three minute drive of the house in case guests need to pick up supplies.
The drip pan on the BBQ has been replaced, it was not a safety issue. It has been taking longer to replace some parts due to slower mail delivery.
