The apartment is located in an exclusive residential compund in Playa del Carmen.
Just two blocks near to all commodities, ATM´s, Pharmacy and 24/7 convenience stores (Oxxos).
It´s very near to the Golf Club and various Shopping Malls inside the Playacar Residential Compund.

Supermarkets and an Hospital are just four blocks away.

The apartment comes with an automatic card for car access and an access key card for the REEF Hotel which gives you access to the Hotel´s Pool, Chaises and towels for your enjoyment.

The Playacar residential compund have an internal access to the beach.

Access to the pool and towels are included.

The compund have 24/7 security, so you can relax securely.

Two bikes available.

We are available for your inquiries.

The apartment is located in Playacar, just 10 minutes near the exclusive Quinta Avenida.

If you arrive by car, it has Private Parking space, we have visitors parking spaces but they are subject to availability.

If you prefer Publica transportation, you board a Omnibus Colectivos in the Airport that will get you to the ADO Bus Terminal, and from there you can take a Taxi to the (URL HIDDEN) can also take the Taxi directly in the Airport.

Access to the Reef Hotel Beach Club is an added value, we are not responsible for the admission policies of the Reef Hotel, with the card we offer free access to the beach, pool and lounge chairs, we recommend the use in the mornings due to the limited capacity of people due to the contingency of COVID-19.
We do not change bed linen and towels or daily cleaning.
The apartment includes Internet access, washing machine, safe and private parking.

Great Condo

We stayed here for 4 weeks, great condo and location. Walking distance to OXXO, Soriana, beach and 5th Ave. We felt very safe and comfortable, the area is generally quiet. Liedy and Martin were there to greet us and answer any questions we had. Pictures of the condo are exactly as shown and my husband loved the charcoal BBQ. Overall a great experience!! Thank you Leidy and Martin
