Flat Amora OCV - Ocean View

Encosta da Orada T1, fantastic sea view, is completely equipped and has been decorated with very good taste and quality furniture. It is set in a private condominium characterised by modern architecture, which privileges leisure areas, verandas and terraces of large dimensions, with magnificent panoramic views. It has 2 fabulous salt-water swimming pools with an appetising waterfall.

The spacious living room has a terrace with an appetising sea view, where you will be able to enjoy the spectacular sunset.

The location could not be better, as all facilities are easily accessible on foot, as well as the beach and the historic centre of Albufeira. But at the same time you will be able to enjoy the tranquillity of the residential area in which the apartment is located. The beaches of São Rafael, Galé and Salgados are just a few minutes' drive away. The Salgados golf courses are also just a few minutes away.

Important note: This building does not have a reception!



Municipal Tourist Tax

Albufeira Municipal Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 years or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount should be paid a few days before arrival and is not included in the rates shown on the website. We kindly ask that you take this cost into consideration when making your reservation.

Very clean and quiet place to stay

We was looking for a nice quiet place to spend a relaxing week together. This property ticked all the boxes. Close enough to both the old town and Marina yet property set in a quiet tranquil area of Albufeira.

A Nice Stay during Corona Epidemy

The apartment was easy to clean due to self-cleaning conditions under Corona. Nothing accept few safety remarks on CE marked equipment. To inform the customer in advance the location, height to climb and way to find the apartment and the city.
