Modern accommodation with great views and lovely pool areaThis nice 2 bedroom townhouse offers you an ideal holiday home.It is located in the idyllic Urbanization Alhambra. east of central Nerja.The urbanization has a private well-kept garden with a fantastic pool area with nice views.The townhouse has got two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, in the living room there is a sofa bed which becomes a double bed. The townhouse has a newly renovated kitchen and a nice living room.From the living room you can go directly out onto the lower terrace, which is a lovely patio with both sunbeds and dining area. There is a small garden with a gate and from here it is only 50 meters to the pool area.The townhouse also has a roof terrace and from here you have a stunning views over the sea andmountains, the roof terrace has sun all day. There is also a terrace on the second floor which has a north facing position with nice mountain views if you need shade in the afternoon. From the upstairs bedroom there is also a balcony which has lovely pool and sea views as well as views over the whole of Nerja.DIRECTIONSDirections from Malaga airport to the apartment at the address Alhambra 9 fase 1, Nerja.1. Drive from Malaga Airport and onto the E-15 motorway in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here you follow the signage throughout Malaga, you now have 45 minutes drive to Nerja2. When you see the first signs Nerja, you wait to turn off from the Motorway, you choose the last exit number 929. Here you drive on the signage Nerja3. You arrive at Nerja and the first roundabout in Nerja, here you turn right in the roundabout onto street Calle Europa.4. You drive on street Calle Europa straight ahead until you reach a t-junction on the street Calle via Romania, here you turn right and then keep left turn and continue on Calle via Romania 150 meter.5. Good property, well equipped and maintained. Various balconies were great. Air con was superb as we stayed on an especially hot week.Also nearby to the local bus. We didn't have a car so the locality of the bus was a godsend! Pool good, and often had it to ourselves. A very quiet area, good for families.
Loved our stay here, great location had pool to ourself most days. Very well equipped home only tiny critiscism would be the main bathroom is looking quite tired but certainly doesn’t affect ur stay
Great place to stay very comfortable beds and fantastic views . Downhill walk into town and beaches about 3o mins bus back every hour 1 euro . Bathrooms could do with updating but everything else great lovely outside areas sun all day . Owner very quick to respond to any issues
We had a great stay here July/august 2024 for 3 weeks. Every need catered for. Great air con. Nice terrace and v close to pool. We aim to book for August 2025.
Lovely stay in the townhouse, which has everything we needed and wax close to supermarkets, bars & restaurants. The complex was peaceful & well looked after and we had the pool to ourselves plenty of times, even though it was summer holidays.
We could walk into town but a taxi was needed on the way back. Townhouse was well looked after, but bathrooms could do with a refresh. Thank you for a lovely stay, would recommend.
This is a wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable beds, completely equipped, and with great views of mountains and the sea. New Smart TV, excellent WIFI, modern kitchen, and the barbeque all added to making our stay memorable.
The owners are very easy to deal with and very responsive to questions, and if any help was needed. This is simply a terrific rental and we plan on returning often.
You will not be at all disappointed with this wonderful property - 10 stars!!!

The house / appartment is very nice. It is very tidy and well equipped. Close to the supermarket and only 5 min to the beach by car. The hosts are very reactive. A wonderful view over the mountains on one side and the sea on the other.
We spent 15 wonderful days and are sure to come back.

We have had a great 2 week Holiday. The house is compleet in luxury and the swimmingpool and garden is great. The views are amazing. We hope to come back next Year 👍🏻
Loved the location, easy parking and on a bus route to town.
The townhouse suited our needs well, in terms of outside space and comfort.
Very well equipped, no instructions for use of washing machine or dishwasher though.
A pity several appliances didn’t work - the dishwasher and awning were not able to be repaired during a month long stay, but surely should have been tested beforehand.
Unfortunately during our stay, next door were having some work done, however our understanding was that agents knew nothing of this, and our request to move premises could not be accommodated. It was noisy.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend Alhambra 9 to potential guests as long as all advertised equipment was tested and working beforehand.
We really enjoyed staying here. The house has been nicely decorated, kitchen is new and very well equipped. The 3 terraces are lovely (the one at the bottom is a lovely suntrap). Bed is very comfy. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.
