Cape Cod House Rental -Bright, colonial on wooded 1-acre lot/quiet cul-de-sac/dead end, child safe street. 1/2 mile walk to gym, pool & golf course (not inc). Under 1 mile walk to beach. Living room with cozy fireplace has French doors that open to private deck with new gas BBQ. 2025 renovated bathrooms & kitchen. New windows, exterior doors, central AC, kitchen appliances. Finished hardwood floors throughout. Plenty of room for families with kids. Tastefully decorated, with all the comforts of home including Roku TV/streaming access in 3 rooms, w/ HDTV. Central Air conditioning in all rooms. Wireless Internet Access included.

Outdoor shower to get the sand off.

Close to Cape Cod baseball, boating, shopping/mall, entertainment, restaurants, automobile museum, bicycling (Cape Cod Rail Trail), Kennedy Memorial and ferries (Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard). Town of Barnstable beach parking pass for 1 car included.

All required State and Local hotel and short term lodging taxes will be collected to meet latest Massachusetts laws.

Nice house, excellent location

Good stay, had everything we needed, central air, fully stocked kitchen, beds and bedding were comfortable. There was a little miscommunication with cleaning before we arrived but the owner resolved it quickly which is a plus overall.

Superb accommodations for our family of seven. Location could not be beat. Minutes from Main Street Hyannis as well as the Melody Tent yet amazingly rural and private surroundings. Gene and Carol were the best hosts one could imagine, always very communicative and helpful on all fronts. We have been coming to the Cape for over 6 years and this is by far the best property we’ve had the good fortune to rent. We give this property and our hosts the highest recommendation. Cape Cod get away

We were very happy with the house and all of the amenities. The deck is great to relax on and we enjoyed a few dinner out there also! Having laundry facilities on site was a must with the kids and everything was very easy to use. Gene was extremely responsive and answered any questions that came up very quickly.

Very nice home, maintained perfectly inside and out. We used it to house our employees while doing a project in Hyannis for 5 months. The owner was flexible and cooperative with us, very professionally operated. Family vacation

There is lots to do within walking or short driving distance of the house - several different beautiful beaches for swimming and kayaking as well as a nice town with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. Very family friendly area that satisfied my husband, our two teen age sons and their friends, and myself. Several other beaches and towns are within an hour's driving distance and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket is just a few minutes from the house. The house was comfortable for our group of six with a very well equipped kitchen for cooking at the house. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Our Stay at Quaglia's Home

This home was very clean and exactly as described. It is about 2 miles (or less) from the Craigville Beach (great beach) and the owners provide a beach pass. The home is in a quiet neighborhood which provided quiet, peaceful mornings on the back deck with your coffee! Smallish back yard, but home is very convenient to the town of Hyannis, Melody Tent, larger grocery shopping venues, and road to Falmouth. It is in the western part of Hyannis but very near to the harbor. We would definitely recommend this home-fully supplied with towels, kitchen supplies, etc. No negatives here-

Wonderful Stay

I can't say enough about this home and how lovely it truly was. We came to the Cape with 3 different families (including 3 little ones 4 and under). This was an absolutely perfect home to accommodate all of us. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including the perfect beach gear), it was spacious, and clean. Gene is extremely easy to work with, reliable, quick to respond, and takes pride in his rentals (which shows through in the property!). The neighborhood is quiet, which makes you feel like you've actually moved in yourself. The house is close to everything, especially downtown Hyannis, which is full of wonderful shops and restaurants. It was a truly enjoyable experience!

Fantastic Cape Cod family rental

Gene and Carol’s property was perfect for us. We are a family of six with four kids under 10. Let me start with the location. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is perfect for children as it is safe and quiet with minimal traffic. 5 to 10 minute drive to kid friendly beaches and downtown Hyannis. Also reasonable distance to the national seashore. All the main attractions of Hyannis are just a short driveway. Whole Foods, pharmacy, and restaurants are all close by. The check process was seamless. The house was spotless. Kitchen with plenty of space for a very active family. We will absolutely stay here again if we return to the Cape.

Quiet Cul-de-sac 1-2 miles from beaches

Nice home. It slept six of us. We sampled the local Barnstable beaches (free with owner's pass). We started at Kalmus Beach and although very scenic, there was a lot of seaweed and very rocky / shelly area for wading. We tried others, but concluded that we liked Craigsville Beach best. Great sand and large area to share with the other locals. The house is well equipped and the room air conditioners in each of the room were adequate considering that I get hot very easily. We would stay again. Make sure to do the Whale Watch tour if you have not done one - it was fantastic since the whales appears to use the boat as a "backscratcher" -- yes, they get that close.

Our 4th of July vacation to the Cape

It was my husbands first time and he loved it. Our son enjoyed all there was to do there. We also went with another couple and there two children. We took a day trip to Provincetown, the ferry to Nantucket. Fun things to do with little ones....ZooQuarium, Pirate Adventure tour, mini golf. Have to catch a Cape Cod Baseball Game while there. Downtown Hyannis is beautiful. Can't forget the beaches!! We spent lots of time there. Took the kids to the 4th of July Parade and fireworks in Hyannis....both were a great time. Your home is very nice. It had plenty of space and the yard was wonderful after coming home from a busy day! Had to pay for the internet, which is a downfall bc we paid $39 for the week when it was used two days for a very short time. The amount for the week that we paid is what it costs for a month to a provider. Internet these days should be included. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

My wife and I come to the Cape every year and stay in this home. We enjoy the privacy of our yard and woods and the fun and magnificent beaches that Cape Cod offers.

Why they chose this property

We found this home pictured on the front cover of a Real Estate magazine. We thought, 'lets drive by'. Well we did. We were taken back by the beauty, charm and coziness of this home. Hardwood floors everywhere, fireplace, 1 acre yard and close to everything! 30 days later we became rental property owners.

The rest is history. Our guests come from all over the world. England, Ireland, France, Germany, Canada, Florida, California, Michigan, NY, NJ, CT, MA and everywhere in between. We have made many friends and have repeat renters.

We hope you will stay in our home and enjoy Cape Cod with the comforts of home.
