We don´t have anny air conditioning problem. Related the sheet's we change all sheet's and towels bettwen stays in each ckeck-out, you must have done confusion with other place you stay. Hi just hunderstand that way once we clean everything properlly under stricted rull's on the check-out day of each guest. Any way we are going to talk with our cleanning superviseur. Hi Marco, I am grateful that your opinion does not refer to the quality and comfort of our studio during your stay, and in that regard do not feel defrauded. After analyzing your description in detail, I conclude that it does not correspond to the area where the study is located, for the following reasons: - There are no abandoned buildings on the site, neither under construction nor abandoned; - It is a residential area, next to the airport, with gardens and low population density, not very attractive for homeless people and drug addicts as mentioned (People who seek to stay overnight in denser population areas due to the need to seek support (more difficult in areas of less density of people), but tend to be harmless); - Our studio is located 200 meters from the building of a Public Security Police Central Command, it has a children's garden in front of the building, being one of the safest areas in Lisbon; - Our area does not have alleys (public spaces characteristic of the very old neighborhoods of Lisbon, closer to the city center), our area was a structured area in the 70s, so it does not have alleys (zones with no exit or spatially disordered by excess seniority). From the above exposed, i conclude that on your trip you slept in more than one place and by mistake, you described in your assessment the surroundings of another place, which we realized after analyzing in detail, because it had already happened to us with another apartment once (A T3 apartment in another platform) and the guest recognized subsequently be mistaken. Above all, we regret your negative experience outside the other place where you were, which was certainly not Olivais, the area where our studio is located.
