The living areas of Bottom Bay House include a formal dining room with seating for twelve, a large living room to accommodate a like number, modern kitchen and laundry, full pantry with wet bar, powder room, maids' rooms and bath. Beyond the shady tiled patio with its myriad of colorful tropical shrubbery lies a large swimming pool, enclosed for privacy and equipped with lights for night-time swims.

The bedroom wing of the main house is seperated from the living areas by a lushly-landscaped inner courtyard. The magnificent air-conditioned master suite, ideally situated with a grand view of the bay, features twin dressers, walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom ensuite with two sinks and bidet. In the main house there are also two guest bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a study which can be used as a spare bedroom.

For those that require an additional bedroom - it is possible to rent Bottom Bay as a four bedroom, four bathroom home. This additional bedroom is separate to the house and reached by a garden path just a short distance from the main house. The studio sits on the cliff edge and overlooks Bottom Bay beach with a spectacular view of this famous bay. This bedroom has a queen murphy bed which may be lifted up to make the room more spacious when not in use. In addition it has a lovely large private bathroom as well.

Daily maid service is included and the experienced landscape staff ensure that the gardens are beautifully maintained at all times.
