The house is about 260 square meters plus garden and courtyard (about 440 square meters). It can accommodate up to 15 people and consists of 1 entrance, 2 kitchens, 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed, 4 bedrooms with a total of 13 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and a large garden with 2 outdoor showers.

Services: Television, wifi, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, barbecue, air conditioning (air conditioners in the corridor - the energy consumption for using the air conditioners will be paid on site) and outdoor showers.


Linen is provided separately upon request at the time of booking (euro 10.00 per person).

The tourist tax will be paid on site (€1.00 per person per day for a maximum of 7 nights for people over 13 years of age).

The cottage is located in a quiet town (Gemini fraz di Ugento) about 8 km from the splendid beaches of very clear and fine sand and the crystal clear sea of Torre San Giovanni, Torre Mozza.

The places of Gallipoli, Santa M. di Leuca, the Maldives of Salento and other beautiful places on the Ionian coast are easily accessible.
