It is fully air condtioned/heated, there is a 100sqm roof terrace with sea and mountain views, private wifi and plenty of space for parking. There is a big communal swimming pool and gardens.

The complex is located close to Sabinillas, just a five minutes drive to the nearest beach, ten to the nearest golf course, five to ten to the very popular and beautiful Puerto de la Duquesa and fifteen minutes to Estepona

Honest review

Enjoyed our stay, apartment is slightly on outskirts so you need a car hill up to it is steep!. Unfortunately they tell you to park in communal parking even in off-season this was busy and difficult garage below had plenty of spaces so would have been better to allow parking but they dont provide fob . We had to wash all cups as they had lipstick on them which was disgusting and found dead squirrel on roof but this is out with their control. Main bathroom had a smell and showers no pressure at all. Other than that the apartment is a good size, comfortable and met our needs. TV didn't work but. Not an issue for us (just kids) Parking is an issue make the apt parking spot in garage available to renters. Basic tv channels for families would be good.

My favourite apartment in Duquesa

In short, everything. The instruction on how to get to the apartment were amazing, even though we have stayed in Duquesa for the last 14 years (covid exception) we thought we knew everywhere. The apartment is a little bit back from the port but that didn't make a difference. Taxis were readily available (though we had a car which did make it easier). The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the view from the roof top terrace was exceptional. During our stay i lost my purse, and one of the neighbours found it and returned it. The residents there are so friendly but not intrusive. To be honest I am looking at dates for next year already. We will be back. Yvonne Fenlon Don't change a thing!!!

Fantastic Views

Lovely apartment kept in nice condition. The location up on the hill was fantastic for the views around the coast and mountains. The walk home after several drinks and food was a little steep, but then again most normal people would have a taxi! The urbanisation was well kept and everyone really friendly. The pool area setting was beautiful. Loved the apartment and would definitely recommend it to families. Looking forward for our return.
