Fantastic first line beach townhouse located in Manilva Beach, a quiet and private area to spend your holidays. This bright house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. There is a living room with chimney, a dining room. There are fitted wardrobes, double gazing windows, It is fully air conditioned, there is private WIFI, paddle tennis court, swimming pools, direct access to the communal gardens and the beach. There is a children playground in the beach and a beach bar next to the house. There is an allocated parking space in the complex. The townhouse has 2 terraces, sea views, and private garden .The pool is open from 15th May to 15th October. The urbanization is connected by the promenade to Puerto de la Duquesa, where you will find a wide range of leisure and gastronomy.

Acceso directo a la playa. A/A en todas las estancias. La limpieza de la casa. Plaza de aparcamiento debajo de un pino que acaba el coche con resina que es muy difícil de quitar. Deberían hacer algo al respecto la CP de Manilva Beach.

La cercania con la playa ya que tiene una puerta directa en el jardin para salir a la playa Los olores del baño de abajo tienen que solucionarlo y las grietas de las paredes y techos tambien

Séjour agréable, mais pas de communication avec l' agence, et explications sur l'emplacement du gîte en Anglais. Problème de fuite d'eau dans la cuisine et mauvaise odeurs dans les toilettes du bas.

Tolle Lage, Preisleisrung zu hoch

Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr guten Lage, ganz nah am Meer, groß genung und gut eingerichtet. Abholung der Schlüssel im Tresor war durch die Bescheibung problemlos, WLAN ist gut, Ortsbezogene Infos zum Parkplatz, Müllentsorgung fehlten, Wohnung war sauber, das Bad im Erdgeschoß war durch starken Geruch nach Abfluss unbenutzbar, in der Wohnung sind sämtliche Möbelteile, Schließeinrichtungen und Anlagen defekt, es würde schon lange nichts repariert, Es war ein guter Aufenthalt, leider die erwähnten negativen Sachen hinterlassen einen nicht so tollen Eindruck und dadurch zu teures Preisleistungs-Verhältnis.

Great location. Very confortable and great space Downstairs toilet has a very bad smell. There are also some minor changes that can be done in order to make the property excelent (replacement of the clothes dryer painting of the bars of the window to remove the oxide).

Nice location (corona time)

Location and accommodation and the wifi Cleanliness. Old used sofas (smell not nice) there was no coffemachine operational , there was no vacuum cleaner , there where no sunbeds ( delivered after complaining ) No information about corona or concerning. Private parking was under a three, car was full of shit from the birds. I parked muy car elsewhere.
