Backed by the wooded dune of oaks and pines, 5 minutes from the equestrian center of Cap-Ferret, bordered by bike paths in a very quiet area even in high season.
The wooden and glass house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 travelers (12 if you include the large convertible sofa in the living room).
Spacious, and very bright, it allows people to live without feeling cramped, two sofas, several armchairs, a large table are at your disposal.
A large enclosed garden and a terrace with masonry barbecue and a plancha as well as a very large table allow you to live outside and leave the children safely because the property is completely closed.
Finally a large garage and a driveway allow to park several cars inside the property.
