The home is just a block from the beach and feels warm and welcoming. Lots of places for guests to sleep and the 8 beach passes were a nice perk! Enjoyed our time immensely!
I stayed at this property for a long weekend in September. The house is a short walk to an uncrowded, beautiful beach. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and safe. The furniture is comfy and the kitchen well stocked with appliances and utensils needed. We loved our stay. I would absolutely stay here again!
We have rented in CMP for more than a decade and this was the cleanest / best appointed property that we have encountered. The owners go above and beyond to answer questions, providing a very thorough guide in advance of the stay. Super organized and helpful.
Location was great, easy walk to a lovely beach. House was as advertised and clean. We especially appreciated all the outdoor spaces/porches/decks. The beach supplies were nice to have access to. Host was very easy to communicate with and timely with any questions we had. We had a great week!
We had a fabulous stay at this property in Cape May Point. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, extremely clean, with an especially well-stocked kitchen. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. We enjoyed relaxing on each of the three patios/decks, and used the beach buggy to carry the good quality beach chairs and umbrellas provided to the beach with us. Heather and Chris were responsive and thoughtful hosts, with easy communication. We would recommend this house to all and would certainly stay there again ourselves.
2nd year staying at this wonderful house. Family of 6 adults and 2 children fit perfectly. Front and back porches are perfect extra spaces especially for the kids. Host is very nice to work with . House was very clean on check in .
We LOVED our stay here! The host is super organized and it shows through the very thoughtful layout of the house and all the little things they have thought of. The two porches upstairs and perfect. The beach is close and very relaxed. Which we could stay again next year but our party is shrinking and the house is too big for us.

Paige was a wonderful guest and communication was great!
This is the perfect family vacation rental in Cape May Point! The home is clean, updated, and looks as pictured. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living area is comfortable and spacious. The included beach chairs, umbrella, and beach tags were another great touch. Only a few short blocks to the beach. Will definitely return for future trips!
Loved this charming renovated home so close to the beach. The location was a great discovery with an away from the hustle, laid back “local” vibe. We spent evenings enjoying the second story front porch and back screened in patio. The outdoor shower was also 5⭐️. We ate breakfast, lunch & dinner in the area (Cape May Point/West Cape May). We’ll be back!
Stayed at this house with my boyfriend and 3 other couples for our friend's wedding weekend. Loved staying in Cape May Point- amazing beach access a block away. House located right near the light house, Sunset Beach, Beach Plum Farm and the Wineries. Friends LOVED the outdoor shower. Pictures of the VRBO honestly don't do the home justice- way better in person. I hope we get the opportunity to book again next summer!
Rooms and beds are too small and crowded. Have to bring our own bedding sheets , pillow cases, and bath towels as well as tissues & paper products etc. The bath and rooms in first floor didn't smell good. A bit disappointed and very inconvenient for the prices we paid.
BEAUTIFULLY decorated home with everything you would need!
Our previous beach vacation was canceled due to COVID and travel restrictions. I just happened to stumble across this adorable home when searching VRBO, not expecting to find anything 2 days before leaving. Heather was more than accommodating and helpful with providing information for my family prior to booking. The house is stunning and provides everything you will need for your vacation (including pack and plays and a high chair). We even arrived to a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the fridge! They have beautifully renovated this house with such charming details. It was the perfect house for our family of 9. The house is about a 2 minute walk from the beach. The beach is beautiful, quiet and not too busy. The surrounding area is gorgeous. We took many bike rides and walks with our family in the evening.
I would HIGHLY recommend this house to any family. We created memories here to last a lifetime and would be happy to return in the future.

Quaint and charming
Newly remodeled, this charming house is steps away from sunset beach and cape may point beach. It's also close to the cape may lighthouse and state park. The owners thoughtfully equipped the kitchen and house with everything that you need for a week of relaxation and were very responsive. There is an outdoor shower and 6 burner gas grill which worked great. It was a very pleasant stay and already we can't wait to visit and stay again. Our one and only gripe is that there are only two bathrooms (full baths) one on each floor.
A five minute walk away is the Red Store and a grassy pavilion - a fantastic place to grab a bite to eat and relax. If you want to stay in a quieter part of cape may then this is a great choice!
My husband Chris and I fell in love with Cape May Point in college while visiting family. We live in Philadelphia but are always available by phone, text or email if you have questions. We have a network of contacts and resources to help if needed, who are all nearby.
Why they chose this property
After visiting Cape May Point for several years as renters, our family decided to get our own place a few years ago. As soon as we stepped into this house, we were in love! We spent many months carefully restoring and updating it, and love sharing it with folks who can make their own memories!
What makes this property unique
The location is truly special and unique...
Cape May Point is at the very tip of southern New Jersey, surrounded by the ocean with nature sanctuaries and trails all around it. It's a lovely place for a getaway at all times of year and the pace is perfect for families and all generations. It's truly a unique and awe-inspiring place, filled with nature, birds, beautiful dunes and lovely people. There's a lighthouse (which you can climb to the top of pretty easily), a Post Office and Fire Station. You can also take a 5-minute walk down to Sunset Beach for miniature golf, a pretty phenomenal gift shop, and a wonderful restaurant.
It's a few minutes' drive to Cape May by car (or Uber) or a lovely 20-minute bike ride down Sunset Blvd. Cape May proper has tons of restaurants and shops, miniature golf, arcades, bike and surrey rentals, a public library, museums, trolley tours, food tours, fishing and whale watching trips and more.
Also reachable by car nearby, there are farm stands for fresh produce, Beach Plum farm (which has a restaurant, gift shop, nature trails and animals for the kids to feed), many breweries, wineries and distilleries, the Cape May Wetlands (great for birding!), Cape May Zoo, Cape May National Golf Club, playhouses, movie theaters, and Historic Cold Spring Village, to name a few...
