This impressive house with great terraces and private pool is located in Can Picafort and just 300 metres from the beach of Son Bauló. It sleeps 6 guests.
This great house features a fantastic salt water pool that sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 1.5 metres. You'll also find 6 sun loungers and several terraces perfectly furnished where you can enjoy delicious BBQ alfresco and enjoy the good weather with an appetiser and a drink. In addition, the beach is only 300 metres away, so that you can enjoy it at any moment.

Inside you find a luminous living - dining room, perfect to organise unforgettable banquets and also to rest whilst watching the satellite TV. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and all you need to cook together with a table with chairs for a quick breakfast. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, all with a closet and a fan. Two of the bedrooms offer twin beds and the last one has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower and AC. The house is also equipped with a baby cot, a high chair, a hairdryer, and 5 fans. Finally, there's another bathroom with a bath for the rest of the house.

The property is located in Can Picafort, a coastal town perfect for those in search of peace without giving up fun and enjoyment. It is in fact, a relatively quiet place but lively at the same time, specially during the summer, with a wide range of services like bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, etc. Its promenade by the sea is ideal for a walk with the nicest views.

Grossartiger Aussenbereich und super Pool. Auch im Innern mehr als genügend Platz für 4 Personen. In Gehdistanz zum Strand und zu Restaurants. Kein eigener Parkplatz aber immer genügend Parkmöglichkeiten der Strasse entlang

great little villa

Had a fantastic stay at the villa, everything very good apart from (if i had to be picky) quite a few mosquitos, so take repellant, and maybe a bit of moderisation inside.

Great location and lovely pool

Great location and lovely pool, kids really enjoyed themselves . In walking distance to beach and local cafes and restaurants, as well as supermarkets (lidl a 5 minute drive away). A highlight was getting up early to see sunrise over the mountains, walk east along the coast for the best views. We went in October and had some 30 degree days, the pool and sea were colder but we still went in for short swims. Refreshing in the heat! The garden has a great seating area for outdoor dining. There were a LOT of misquitos, take strong repellent!

Fantastic outside space, close to beach and amenities

Great outdoor space with more than enough room for everyone. Pool was fantastic with lovely shade from the citrus trees. Bathrooms and kitchen could do with an update but they were perfectly serviceable.
