Unique Family House With Direct Access To The Beach

This large, semi-detached, traditional French house has a long garden full of fruit trees with views of the sea, and a gate leading to the beach of le Letty, on the outskirts of Bénodet. This Holiday property is closed to the popular resort, but in a quiet area with unparalleled views and opportunities to explore without taking your car (bicycle shelter available and bicycle rental a few yards away).
2 excellent golf courses nearby, boat trips to the stunning Glenan islands, plenty of lovely beaches.
The beach of le Letty is a real paradise for children and adults alike either at low or high tide. Enjoy a glass of withe wine on the beach chairs in the evening on your almost private beach while the kids play.
Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen, TV room/study, separate toilet and basin. First floor: bathroom with shower over bath, shower with toilet, 4 bedroom: 2 double, 2 twin.
Power and taxes included in rent, cot, high chair, colour digital TV, DVD player, HiFi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 1 car, ample on street parking. Sorry, no pets.

This is a fantastic traditional house in a great location. It has a well-equipped kitchen if you like to cook with the great local ingredients and separate lounge and TV rooms. The enclosed garden is fabulous and has a gate directly on to the beach. The shops and restaurants of Benodet are only 15 mins walk away and the campsite (2 mins walk) has a great little shop and bakery. Our host Pascal was exceptionally helpful. Highly recommended!

Grande maison agréable avec accès direct à la plage

Un séjour d'une semaine famille/amis très agréable dans cette grande et belle maison, très bien équipée, et idéalement située pour qui aime se réveiller et passer les soirées avec vue sur la mer. L'accès direct, en fond de jardin à la plage du Letty, jolie et familiale, est vraiment le plus de cette maison. D'autant que si les commerces ne sont pas à proximité immédiate, un camping 5* donne accès, à 3mn à pied, à une épicerie, et surtout à une bonne boulangerie. Pain, brioche et croissant frais au petit déjeuner, le top!

Une maison très agréable et bien placée

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans une maison de caractère jouissant d’un emplacement exceptionnel. L’accès direct à la plage de la mer blanche est un vrai plus. Le propriétaire vit a proximité. Il est tout à fait prévenant.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem schön alten und großzügigen Haus verbracht. Unglaublich beeindruckt ist die Lage an der Lagune. Der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter hatte uns 2 Kajaks zur Verfügung, mit denen man auf bequeme Weise zum offenen Meer und Traumstrand gelangen konnte. Sehr empfehlenswert!
