Pretty house entirely renovated, very luminous and very well arranged, you will feel immediately like at home. Guests can enjoy the garden with its terrace for lunch or dinner outside. Ideally located in a neighborhood near the coast (10 minutes walk from the coastal path and beaches), and close to shops: come relax in this quiet area of ​​Concarneau but close to the walled city and market hall thanks at the ferry crossing Lanriec.
It's a real pleasure to do everything on foot! What freedom!
Composed of a large living room (living room and dining room), with an open kitchen offering all the friendliness necessary for holidays, the bathroom and separate toilet complete the ground floor. Both bedrooms are upstairs.

A great experience

A very pleasant 12 days stay. We thoroughly enjoyed "'la maison"! Interior design is very tastefull and distinguished, completely equipped with everything needed. The small garden is cosy and a great place to relax. All necessary services (Intermarchée, boulangerie, patisserie in the vicinity. 2m by car, 8 min walking distance to the beautiful coast. We will return for sure:)

Das Haus hat auch bezüglich der Größe unseren Ansprüchen genügt. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sauber - nur die Sauberkeit der Küche, Besteck, Schubladen, Kühlschrank und Ablagen liess zu wünschen übergibt. Der 2 Kilometer lange Fußweg nach Concarneau entlang der Küste mit der Fährverbindung ist ein Highlight.

À mon goût, il existe une difficulté à obtenir un confort thermique agréable au rez-de-chaussée.Les chambres, qui nécessitent peu de chauffage, ainsi que la salle de bains, qui en demande davantage, sont parfaitement chauffées.En revanche, le système de chauffage de l’espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée me semble sous-dimensionné. Le linge de toilette est de qualité hôtelière, ce qui est très agréable. Le gîte est bien équipé et bien situé, proche de la plage et des commerces.

Merci pour votre avis en cette période hivernale, particulièrement froide pour la région. Concernant le chauffage du rez de chaussée, il fallait nous prévenir et nous aurions pu agir en mettant plus fort. On note aussi de laisser la notice à la disposition des vacanciers pour la suite.

Excellent emplacement

Très belle maison fonctionnelle avec toutes les commodités et jardin privé. À quelques minutes à pied, on trouve une très bonne boulangerie ouverte toute la journée et une très bonne pizzeria. Un peu plus loin, une poissonnerie ainsi qu'une petite épicerie. Et un grand Intermarché, tout ce qu'il faut sans aller au centre-ville.Dans un quartier tranquille, on accède facilement au centre de Concarneau via le bac après une marche de 12 minutes, c'est génial de ne pas avoir à prendre la voiture. Accès facile aux routes pour visiter les environs.Nous avons adoré!!Un grand merci à Isabelle et au personnel de la conciergerie.

Richtig gut!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Concerneau und haben uns in dem Fischerhäuschen von Isabelle sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet; es fehlte an nichts. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung verlief problemlos und war sehr freundlich. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der direkten Umgebung und die Ville Close ist zu Fuss und mit der Fähre in rund 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Une bonne expérience

une maison très bien organisée et ordonnée. Tout confort et bien pensée. Le seul défaut est que les sanitaires sont en bas alors que les chambres sont en haut. Bonne situation;calme.

Profiter de l'air marin

La maison est spacieuse, bien aménagée et confortable. Le petit jardin est un plus. Nous étions à 10 minutes à pied de la plage du Porzou et du sentier côtier. La région offre beaucoup de possibilités de balades et de visites culturelles (Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Quimper, le Faouët). Nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

Nettes kleines Haus

Das Haus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, 1km von der Bac zur Ville Clos entfernt, die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet, fast alles ist vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer haben große Schränke, allerdings war für mich die Matratze zu hart. Parken direkt vor der Haustür. Nachteil: Die Toilette ist in EG und wer nachts öfters raus muss, muss eine etwas steile Treppe runter. Weiterer Nachteil: es gibt nur ein Sofa, es sich zu zweit abends gemütlich zu machen , ist nicht möglich, die beiden Sessel sind eher unbequem. Das sind aber die beiden einzigen Nachteile! Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft!

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage.

Das Ferienhaus enthielt alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub im schönen Concarneau benötigt. Es befindet sich nicht weit vom Ortszentrum entfernt und auch Bäckereien (fußläufig) sowie der Supermarkt sind gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist hervorragend (exakt wie beschrieben), es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, ist sehr hell und ansprechend. Insgesamt können wir das schöne Haus nur empfehlen.

Concarneau alltagsnah erleben

Das kleine Häuschen war ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen an der grossartigen Küste. Wir haben uns wirklich zu Hause gefühlt, die Küche prima eingerichtet, sodass selber Kochen mit den tollen Produkten aus der Region richtig Freude gemacht hat. Fisch gibt's im Fischladen im Viertel, direkt gegenüber gibt's einen Gemüseladen. Auch die Ville Close und damit die Altstadt ist mit der Fähre schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ebenso und hatte wichtige Tips parat. Also: sehr empfehlenswert. Kein Luxus aber Grund solide.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir wohnten vom 11. - 25.06.2022 in diesem sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll gestalteten Haus. Wir waren schon sehr oft in Ferienhäusern oder -wohnungen, aber eine so vollkommen ausgestattete Küche - bis hin zu Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen und und und, haben wir noch nie erlebt. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei und haben täglich die schönsten Ausflüge in die wunderbare Umgebung machen können. Das Auto brauchten wir nie. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe, ebenso wie Concarneau selbst. Die Abwicklung der Hausübernahme und -übergabe klappten reibungslos dank der sehr nette Vermieterin, Isabelle Delong. Aber besonders möchten wir uns für die freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Unterstützung von Martine bedanken, die jederzeit vor Ort ansprechbar war und sich sehr für unsere Fragen und Wünsche engagiert hat. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten und können es wirklich nur empfehlen.
